Perfect!

Contact with landlord via app or email direct and friendly . Condo was as described, clean and neat. Beds are suitable and cozy. Bathrooms are clean and functional. Kitchen is well-equipped and proper. TVs have only a few US channels but are easily connectable with external devices for own purposes. Location and neighborhood is safe and very beautiful. Central pool across the road looks neat but was not used. Caldwell Greenway (for running) easily accessible and well developed. We‘ll come back the next time.

Winter getaway

This was the perfect unit for our winter stay in Cornelius. Very convenient for everything we needed. We were close to our daughter and her family. Walking distance to restaurants and a beautiful Greenway for long walks. The condo was clean and comfortable and the owner was very nice and responded promptly to any questions. We will be back again next winter!

My stay at this condo

The condo was very clean and spacious. The ease of entry was perfect (1st floor). Communication with the property manager was instant. The neighborhood was quiet and I barely heard others. The only issue that I had was the master bedroom bed was extremely hard. It hurt my hips and back to sleep on. But that would not prevent me from renting this place again! I would rent from here in a heartbeat.

Respite from Hurricane Helene

We needed a place to go when our neighborhood was affected by the hurricane. There were very few places available but this place was perfect. We had power and water and internet, which could not be found within an hour of Asheville. This place is convenient, clean, has everything you need. Neighbors are quiet and considerate. Plenty of street parking. Close to shopping and restaurants. I took are of all of our needs.

Great Location... Quiet relaxing neighborhood

Great location and convenient for our stay. Enjoyed the nearby walking trail through the woods and nearby restaurants (you have to try The Waterman Fish Bar) and coffee shops. Condo was very nice and updated for all your needs. My only concern was that the first picture was of a pool, which if you had young ones, it is actually a block or so away. Other than that, very good stay

Highly recommended!

Clean, spacious condo located in a quiet, safe, family neighborhood. There is plenty of space for four people. The beds are comfortable. The master bedroom and bathroom are large. The kitchen has all you need for most situations. Everything is clean and well maintained. Handy to have the washer and dryer. Wifi is fast and stable. There are plenty of linens. There is ample parking in front of the building on a wide street. The community pool is one block (5 minutes) from the condo. The condo is located in a quiet, residential area with lots of trees. It's easy to get to get around with lots of stores within 10 minutes or less. The neighbourhood is walkable and good for runners. There is a Greenway nearby. If you like walking, you can walk to a couple of restaurants and one bar within 10 minutes. The communication with the owner was pleasant and smooth. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Great place and quiet location but close to everything we needed!

Apartment is nice and clean. Much bigger than we expected. Bed was comfy with soft linens. Kitchen well stocked with any tool or pan you could need. Enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the birds and squirrels. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions and flexible. Will stay here again for next nascar race!

Great location and rental unit

We stayed for a week in April while exploring the Charlotte area. The unit is in a nice quiet residential townhome community north of Charlotte. It is conveniently located to the shopping and restaurants in the Huntersville/Cornelius area, and access to "uptown" is not too difficult, although I-77 can be busy. Parking for the property is on the street but no problems there. The unit itself was clean and well maintained. It was well stocked though without soap or shampoo (not a big deal). All told, this is wonderful and highly recommended rental unit and we would happily book again.

Clean and Complete Condo

I booked this condo to accommodate my elderly parents for a month and the condo met their needs well. It was clean, comfortable and well supplied with everything they needed. It is in a great location that felt very safe, was well manicured and had ample shopping nearby.

Amazing!

This was an excellent choice for us to stay at! The location was half a mile from our son's wedding venue and 10minutes from the hotel where the rest of our NY family was staying. We enjoyed the condo so much and we loved the serene, peacefulness of the patio in the evening! We definitely plan on booking another stay there in the future.

Upon deciding to retire at 50 I made a conscious decision to enjoy my remaining years doing what I like the most, which is travelling. I live part of the year in the Republic of Panama and the balance either in the US or my home Country of Wales. My husband and I also like to Cruise and try to visit Countries that we have not been to before.
I have furnished the Condo in such a way that I hope all my guests will find it comfortable. It has sufficient of everything to make your stay a pleasant experience.
