Der Cocoa Beach Club 206 ist stolz im Besitz von 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', dem größten Eigentümer von erstklassigen Strandunterkünften an der Space Coast!

Ein Steinwurf vom berühmten Cocoa Beach Pier entfernt, ist diese 1500 Quadratmeter große Strandwohnung der perfekte Ort für Ihren Kurzurlaub. Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 geräumige Schlafzimmer, 2. 5 Bäder, eine große offene Konzept Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer und einen Balkon über 2 Ebenen angelegt.

Es wurde komplett renoviert und verfügt über einen 52 "LCD-Fernseher, Porzellan-Fliesen überall, renovierte Küche und kommt mit allen Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Strand Lieferungen, die Sie und Ihre Familie jemals brauchen würde.

Sie können Ihre Kinder in der großen beheizten Ozean beobachten oder genießen Sie einfach die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Töne des Strandes und des Ozeans alles von Ihrem großen privaten Balkon. Der Cocoa Beach Club 206 ist ein perfektes Beispiel dafür, dass Sie bei Lage und Stil keine Abstriche machen müssen - Sie können alles haben!

Nice clean property

We had a great stay and our teen boys had a great time at the pool and beach. The people taking care of the pool and property were very attentive to their duties in making sure everything was in order. The chairs and boogie boards were appreciated and in great condition.The unit was clean although a couple updates are needed. The master and 2nd bedroom beds need new mattresses.The washing machine had a black mold around the inside rim which needs a good cleaning.

One and Done

It definitely wouldn’t be on my places to stay again. Something in the condo got my allergies stirred up, which I’ve never had a problem with in Florida ever. By second morning I couldn’t be inside the condo cause my head would get so congested I would just sit outside so I could breathe. The pool hours close a half hour before sunset. So the guy at the property came out at 6pm kicking everyone out. The ocean view was under restoration which I get however it took away being able to just take the walk way to the beach. There were two ladies that watched the pool area like a hawk and would take any opportunity they could to tell a guest that they can’t do something. Such as a boy was walking out with a cup of coffee in a plastic cup with no lid to go talk to his dad, he just made it to the pool gate, a lady comes full blown running out to tell him he can’t have that in there with no lid. The “pool guy” publicly shamed 4 kids for breaking the rope, when one was just trying to get underneath it. For the first time in Florida, coming home was looking good.

Better than the pictures!

The condo was even better than the pictures. Loved the separation with living area downstairs and all bedrooms upstairs with large master bedroom that was separated from other two bedrooms. Great balcony with view of the ocean. Easy walk to the ocean and great pool with plenty of seating. We were actually there for Hurricane Milton, and Happy Palm Stays stayed in contact with us throughout making sure we were ok. Will book this one next visit for sure!!

The condo was everything we expected. Very bright, clean, and had everything you could need for a few days; ie toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, garbage bags, etc. We will stay here again for sure.

Perfect for kids and pets!

The best!! Our condo unit was updated, clean, very spacious, and had all the amenities you could possibly need. It also included a washer/dryer in the unit, which was a vacation game-changer since we have small kiddos! The complex itself is incredibly well cared for, from the pool and everywhere else in between. If you are looking for a family-friendly, pet-friendly, AND quiet place to spend your vacation, this is it!

Overall very nice place to stay. Parking was a little difficult. Pool hours could have been stated in description. Pool was closed at 7:30 by most nights. Liked the showers coming from the beach.

Good Family Vacation

The property was great. Considering it’s a dog friendly beach condo, it was clean. Just steps to the beach making it ideal with small children. Not a hassle to go to the beach and then back up again when they loose interest. The pool being heated was a great surprise. A few more kitchen tools would have been helpful, but plenty of places to eat out and enough to make simple dinners. We went with our toddlers and my parents. My father is elderly and has some mobility issues, and could navigate the stairs just fine. So great having 2.5 baths. My only suggestion would be in the second bedroom, the bed frame was not attached to the head board. So every time you got in and out of bed, it rolled around a little and made a loud noise. Which probably stood out to us since we had littles that could wake easily. Over great place, tons of space.

Perfect Spot!

Steps away from beach access & a spacious unit with all we needed for a week's stay (including so much beach equipment/games in the storage closet)! Cocoa Beach Club was a perfect spot for our family beach trip & we could definitely see ourselves coming back! Host was communicative when necessary & self check-in was quick & easy! So much to do in the area. Would definitely recommend!

On Top of Everyone

The property is as it is listed as. It’s very quaint. Some of the remodels I think could have had more money put toward them. Like new appliances? The condo was fine and is as described but a lot of tight areas that we were not expecting; like as soon as you come into the door. Some of the facets didn’t work well and there was indeed salt and pepper there. Another odd thing was after we got to the VRBO about 40 minutes in the housekeeper just walked in to bring kitchen towels. We were parked in the spot assigned.

Great condo!

We absolutely loved our time in 206. Large space with all the amenities we needed. Well stocked kitchen with appliances and cooking utensils. Great view of the ocean from our balcony. Very clean!

Cocoa Beach Fun

We always have so much fun in Cocoa Beach and this time was no exception. This is the second time we have rented a condo through Stay In Cocoa Beach Management and this time we had Taylor and she was awesome. The communication was constant, and she was always checking in with us to see if we needed anything. The check in procedure was very smooth and easy and the condo was exactly how it was portrayed online. Taylor even worked with us to get a sentimental keepsake back to us that my younger son misplaced on our trip, which I know was going above and beyond. The stay was wonderful and we will continue to rent through this company anytime we are in that area.

We loved Cocoa Beach Club and enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo was right on the beach with a large pool and all amenities we could ask for. It was clean and spacious and well stocked with kitchen utensils, beach gear, linens, and towels. Our family of six (with two kids under 5) were comfortable. Zareh was super helpful and responsive to every question we had about the unit and the area. We would love to come back!

RELAXING, INVITING, I WANT TO LIVE HERE!!

We had a wonderful, relaxing and fun vacation thanks to VRBO! I live up north and have MS. I didn’t have much pain at all here…. I floated in the pool and worked on my joints in the water. Fantastic

Upon arrival property was exactly as shown on VRBO. Simple, clean and not cluttered. Decor was very inviting and cozy. Location was perfect. Everything you need and more. Staff was exceptional. I want to express this with hopes that the owners read this. Unfortunately our vehicle battery went dead while we were at Ron Jon's :(. Thankfully a woman visiting the area brought my kids and I back to the condo. My husband was left behind hoping to call someone to get a new battery. I decided to call Zareh (property manager) and asked him for help, he was patient and kind and offered to call UBER for me. I ended up hanging up on him (sorry Zareh) because I went patrolling the property looking for assistance. I came across John and Brian (maintenance). We met them on day 1 because I thought there was something wrong with the AC. John was so kind as he could see I was upset, he offered to drive (I begged) LOL me to my husband. He took us to the battery store to get the battery and drove us back to Ron Jons. He waited to make sure it worked. He could have said "NO" because he was working and he did not. Also as we were riding and headed over to get my husband, Zareh called John not knowing I was in the car with him and asked him to check up on me. NOW, that is customer personal service all around. Those are the qualities and service that you do not come around often especially at rental properties. They made our trip perfect, not our room, not the view but the service of the property STAFF.... We stayed here in May 2022. The room was very spacious and exceeded our expectations. Perfect location for us and the view was amazing. Would definitely stay here here again and recommend to anyone who has teens or early 20's children with them. We all enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back again.

Wonderful place - amazing management

Great unit with lots of space - right on the beach with an ocean view. Management will always bend over backwards to make you comfortable. We've now visited twice, and are sure we'll be back again soon.
