Eines der besten Orange Beach zu bieten hat! Selten haben Sie über eine erste Etage Sitzecke kommen nur wenige Schritte von der zuckerhaltigen weißen Sandstrand. Wecken, um Aussicht auf den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer atemberaubend und vielleicht einen Blick auf Delfine in den sanften Wellen zu fangen. Dolphin Key ist eine Dichte Gebäude niedriger mit nur 24 Einheiten mit eigenem Privatstrand. Das Anwesen verfügt über eine Golf Front Pool, Düne Durchmarsch, überdachte Parkplätze, Holzkohlegrills für Ihren Einsatz, Kreuz Zugang zu den Tennisplätzen, Schwimmbad, rutscht Boot am Dolphin Harbor auf Ole River. Dies ist eine perfekte Umgebung für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub. Das Gerät wurde neu mit Klasse und Komfort im Sinn gestaltet. Schöne neue Fliesen in den Wohnbereichen und neuen Teppich in den Schlafzimmern, neue Wohnbereich Möbel und alle neuen Betten und Bettwäsche erwarten Sie. Die Küche ist komplett mit allem, was Sie für Ihren Aufenthalt benötigen ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Bar mit Eismaschine im Wohnbereich. Das Nichtraucher Wohnung hat WiFi, Platz für 10 Personen mit einem Kingsize-Bett im Anzug, der ein Glas-Schiebe-Fenster auf den Balkon hat. Das Master-Bad verfügt über eine separate Dusche und Jacuzzi-Wanne. Die anderen beiden Schlafzimmer haben jeweils 2 großen Betten in ihnen. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen bequemen Queen-Size-Schlafsofa. Dieses Gerät ist für Nichtraucher mit keine Haustiere erlaubt, zu vermieten Mindestalter 25 Jahre alt, strikt durchgesetzt werden. Im Sommer gibt es einen Mindestaufenthalt von 7 Nächte. Es gibt ein Minimum von drei Nächten in der Nebensaison. Bitte prüfen Sie die Verfügbarkeit, indem Sie den Kalender unten.

Great Family Vacation

This is our second time staying at Dolphin Key. Beautiful condo right on the beach. Watched dolphins from the Patio every morning. The views are amazing. This was a perfect place for our family and definitely plan to stay here again. The hosts are wonderful to work with!! It was a great week❤️

Love it!

This was our 2nd vacation at this condo and we loved it! The condo is very clean and pretty, short walk to the beach, gorgeous view, plenty of parking, the owners are very helpful and friendly! They also got new mattresses which everyone complimented! No complaints at all!

Dolphin Key - will return

This is my 4th time staying here over the last decade, and it was just a great this trip as it has ever been. The condo is spacious and very clean. The private pool is great, and the view of the gulf from the balcony is perfect. Easy access to the beach. Overall, this is a great condo for families, and we plan to return.

Amazing Second time staying

This is our second time staying in this condo. We took our kids and grandkids last year and loved it. Took my parents and Aunt and Uncle this time and they can’t wait to go back themselves. Great Property for Family and Privacy

Thai condo serves well for our family. It was my spouse and I, my mother who is in a wheelchair and my son and two friends of his. The only thing we had to do was move the beds down for my Mom so she could get to her bed and the bathroom easily. The view was good. We really liked it was a private beach and that you had to have a code to get to the beach. We like not having the big crowds like huge condos. The only thing we wish was if it had closer things for the kids to do within walking distance. Gulf Shores was the closest but luckily they were able to drive so they still had fun. Overall we really did enjoy our stay and Kim and Richard were fantastic hosts.

Enjoyable Stay

My husband, son and I enjoyed our stay at this condo in Orange Beach. The owners were excellent to work with and made the check-in process very easy. The pictures of the condo do represent what to expect. It was clean and we had no major issues while we were there. One thing that wasn't mentioned in the listing was that there is no guest accessible closet in the third bedroom. Instead, there are four hooks in the bathroom that can be used if you have clothes that you want to hang up. Since there were only three of us and it was a short stay this wasn't an issue. We did appreciate all of the outlets in the various rooms. They made recharging all of our electronic devices very easy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. We didn't plan on doing any cooking other than breakfast but there were plenty of pans and utensils provided if needed. I would recommend this property to friends visiting the area.

Best Condo in OB!!!

We have stayed at this condo two years in a row. We have been going to OB for 11 years, and this condo is the best we have ever stayed in. Comfortable bedding, well-supplied kitchen, new full-sized washer and dryer, easy access to the beach, the condo and building are clean and well maintained, and the pool is clean and well kept. One of the best aspects of this condo is the parking. Both years we have stayed there is always plentiful parking. The owners respond quickly to requests.

Overdue Getaway

Orange Beach East is an excellent property located in Orange Beach Alabama. The condo is located on the east end corner of the building with gorgeous views. The owners provided comprehensive details about the unit. Additionally, the communication between the owner and the guest was excellent. The unit has lovely decor and is fully equipped with anything you may need to make your stay enjoyable.

Great Location

Quick Fall Break Getaway. Condo was wonderful and had just about everything you would need. The space in the condo was pretty perfect. 3 bedrooms each with their own bath! That worked for us having and son and two daughters! You are so close to sand and ocean. You can sit on the couch and just watch the waves! I loved that we were so close. Just walk down one flight stairs and in less than 60 seconds your at the pool or on the beach! Condo was very clean, too! Low rise building, easy parking, easy to get out into the town! Spring Break stay at the beach

We booked this condo last minute and had never been to Orange Beach before and had little idea of what to expect there. The condo unit is right on the beach as advertised and was great for easy access to the beach. The location in Orange Beach overall is pretty nice as well, walking distance down the beach to Flora-Bama for fun and just a few miles from the shopping centers for groceries and restaurants. Pros: The unit is well maintained, comfortable and very large. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook a few meals. Beds were extremely comfortable. The condo unit itself is smaller than some of the other high-rises around the area so it was easy to get in and out without a lot of traffic from other guests. Cons: It's not stated in the listing and this is only temporary (review posted March 2024) but there is a large condo building being constructed just down the beach from this condo and you'll have to contend with the sights and sounds of that construction. We didn't have much of an issue with it during our stay and would book the unit again knowing that the construction was taking place but just be aware that it will be something you can't miss when you arrive. The only other thing I'd list as a con is that this condo unit only has an outdoor pool, versus some of the other larger buildings we looked at had an indoor pool as well that is good for rainy/cool days. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this unit and would book it again.

We grew up renting condos in the Orange Beach/ Perdido area. The area offers so many attractions from Golf to fine restaurants to great shopping that you never run out of things to do.

This condo is very unique because it offers easy access to the beach. You are literally one small walkway from the water. When you have small children or older parents it is such a plus to not have to walk far to the beach! It is also never crowded, you do not have to fight for a spot on the beach. There are only a few rentals in the building, mostly owners. There are chairs and umbrellas for rent from a local vender.
