Dieses Gerät befindet sich in einer ruhigen und im Allgemeinen privaten Anlage. Diese einstöckige Ferienwohnung ist gut eingerichtet, gepflegt und komplett möbliert.

Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett mit Blick auf das Meer und einen Fernseher mit DVD. Das zweite Zimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und Blick auf den Pool des Komplexes. Beide Zimmer haben private Türen zur Toilette, die mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet ist.

Sie betreten ein helles Wohnzimmer mit weitem Blick auf die Bucht und das berühmte Zementschiff. Es gibt auch einen Gaskamin und einen Flachbildfernseher mit DVD. Der Wohnbereich bietet ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten für eine Gruppe von Freunden und Familie. An der Küchenbar sitzen drei Barhocker, die in die komplett eingerichtete Küche schauen; Ein großartiger Ort für Unterhaltung, Geselligkeit und Entspannung. Um einen besseren Blick auf die Aussicht zu erhalten, können Sie auf die private Terrasse gehen, die sich direkt neben dem Wohnzimmer befindet. Hier können Sie grillen und im Freien sitzen. Sie haben Zugang zum Pool und 2 private Parkplätze abseits der Straße. Das Haus verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.

Es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zum berühmten "10 Mile Beach".
