Phoenix X ist einer der beliebtesten Komplexe an der Golfküste. Es gibt einen Grund, warum mehr Urlauber in dieser Wohnung bleiben als in Orange Beach. Dieses Gerät ist auch nur eine Wohnung vom Parkplatz entfernt praktisch!

Es gibt keinen besseren Ort für Sie und Ihre Familie als Phoenix X. Es gibt zahlreiche Aktivitäten, darunter ein Kraftraum, ein Racquetballplatz, eine Sauna, ein Innenpool, Whirlpools, Tennisplätze und ein Außenpool. Es gibt sogar einen schönen Pavillonbereich zum Entspannen, während Sie Ihr BBQ grillen.

Entspannen Sie sich auf dem geräumigen Balkon im 3. Stock mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Golf oder schlafen Sie auf dem großen Kingsize-Bett im Master mit Zugang zum Balkon! Zwei Doppelbetten im 2. Schlafzimmer. Dieses Gerät wurde um neue Möbel und neue Möbel erweitert. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was just perfect for a quick trip for 2 to the mighty Flora Bama’s New Year’s Eve celebration and the fantastic polar dip! Convenient and clean, it offers a wonderful view and the convenience is by far, the best! The evening sunsets and morning sun rises are both stellar from this unit! Staff was helpful and rates affordable. Look for ward to renting this unit again! My only issue is 60.00 per vehicle for a parking pass when I know owners are provided two slots for parking. With the rate charged, parking should not be an additional fee.

It’s okay…

I would say that the cleanliness of the rental is not great. You pay a huge fee for the cleaning to be completed and it’s not. The floors were dirty, bathtubs were dirty (and did not drain during your shower which is nasty), walls were dirty, towels and wash cloths had stains. I get that it is hard to clean in the turn around time but, needs to be better or have more than 1 person clean for the amount each renter pays. Our code did not work upon arrival. The group at the check in counter was more friendly and helpful than the renter.

Only stay here if you’re willing to clean it.

I emailed the property owner 1 week ago and he has not responded, So I will be 100% honest with my review. Condo is nicely furnished but is not cleaned well. I had to mop the entire unit after we discovered our feet were black on the first day. Owner never responds to emails from either myself nor Vrbo. Rug full of sand. We took it out to shake it out. Condo in nice location but we won’t stay here again. Never received the rental agreement even after Vrbo emailed him to send it.

Perfect Location

Easiest family beach vacation ever due to this location being walking distance to restaurants and FloraBama! Also the beach access was easy. Would definitely stay at this resort again.

Overall pleased with the accommodations which were clean & very roomy. There was just one hand towel & low supply of paper products & no napkins. When I emailed & called Phoenix to inform them of some issues, they did not respond.

The unit is dated, but very clean. It is well located at the AL / FL border. The pools are in great shape. Added bonus is this unit is near the parking garage. Great views from the balcony.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The facility and beach overall were nice. Our condo was the dirtiest place we have ever stayed-not well maintained. We had to wipe everything down and wash the dishes prior to use. There was food still on what was supposed to be the clean utensils. The clothes washer was dirty and grimy. The filters in the closet were packed with dirt-which is a hazard. The kitchen cabinets had food dripped and caked on them, as well as a make shift coffee pot that had pieces from another coffee and did not work. The toaster had food on the outside of it. The walls had smudges of food on them and drips. The trash can was dirty when we emptied and took the trash bag out of it-had to be dirty when the trash bag was put in there for our visit. This was the condition of the condo when we first arrived. This condo needs some help-start with the master bath. The floors are gross and the door is falling apart. A new shower should be on the list as well as getting a shower curtain that makes sense-or get a shower door. The patio doors had smudges and dirt-they could use some Windex or glass cleaner. For the price we paid-it could of at least been clean!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I, along with 21 year olds stayed in Condo 316. The condo location was great. Not too low- not too high. Located on side nearest to parking garage. My vehicle was just steps away compared to if you rented a condo on other end of complex. Also on same side as Flora-Bama:) Condo was clean and well equipped. No complaints. We rented chairs and umbrellas from service on beach. It’s about 35/day. People did bring their own set ups. The big football tailgate type tents had to be set up behind all the other beach chairs. People with own chairs and umbrellas basically just found a spot. Highly recommend The Hangout for an evening out. Plenty to do for families with kids. Good food, music, games, etc. Not too pricey. Cobalt and LA Lagniappe have great food. They’re a little more pricey, but worth it. We ubered and used lift for all outings.

Relaxing stay

Overall the condo was nice, there were a couple issues but nothing major. The coffee maker had the wrong coffee pot in it so I had to get creative to make it work, and the foot stool in the living room was busted, and the weather stripping on the front door was falling off, and the sliding door to the balcony needs some attention. The location of the condo was nice
