4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer: Die geräumige Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen 32-Zoll-Fernseher, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschbecken, einer Badewanne und einer begehbaren Dusche. Das 2. und 3. Schlafzimmer haben Queensize-Betten und 32-Zoll-Fernseher, während das 4. Schlafzimmer über zwei Einzelbetten verfügt. Alle Zimmer verfügen über Deckenventilatoren und elegante Möbel.

Perfect vacation spot !

We stayed in this superb property for five days with two families - 4 adults and 4 kids. The property-manager Peter was there shortly after we arrived and explained everything. There were no problems whatsoever. The layout of the house is perfect for familes, it is very large with lots of space for the kids. We all loved the pool which has sun pretty much of the day. We found lots of pool toys - the kids had fun. There is a Publix round the corner as well as some spots to get something to eat. Other than that - the location is nice. The beaches are some 30 minutes away - but this was clear before we booked. We would love to come back!

Such an amazing property

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 children (infant to school aged), and my parents. It was so spacious, and such a great layout! We were able to spread out and it didn’t feel cramped at all. The house was so well-stocked with anything and everything we needed. We loved the kitchen and cooked in a few different times. The pool area is so nice and we took advantage of the pool toys provided. It was clean, in a nice area, and we would definitely stay again!

This house has everything you left at home

Our stay was out of this world. The house and pool are located in the perfect spot If you like to go to more than one of the surrounding beaches. The first night we cooked out and stayed by the pool. The pool was clean the entire house was spotless. The house had everything you could think of including beach necessities. I will be booking again in the future.

Girls Trip

We were there for a Girls Trip and the property was very nice and roomy. There were a couple of minor issues; such as, the pool was not heated although we were told the water temperature was 85 degrees. The water didn't appear to be very warm so we didn't get to enjoy the pool. The smoke detector kept chirping even after the battery was changed out; and one of the ceiling fans on the lanai seemed a little loose so we just didn't run the fan. In spite of these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed the property. This is a beautifly property.

Spring break

Our stay was overall amazing! Would definitely book here again! The house has pretty much anything you could possibly need. The pool was great and much larger and deeper than we had anticipated. There was a hiccup in the the communication with the property manager that was completely out of her control and Danielle was always quick to respond. We enjoyed the weather and the pool more then anything and actually saw a couple of dolphins off the dock in the back that was completely unexpected and my kids were so excited.

Beautiful Home

Roomy, open and plenty of seating for entertaining. You do have to pay additional for electric usage-ours was around $90 extra. We had kayaks delivered and kayaked often on the canal. This is a beautiful home and it had everything we needed.

Perfect For Family Getaway!

Very roomy and plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. Danielle and Nicole were responsive and quickly helped when a couple of minor questions/issues arose. Our family spent hours and hours in the pool and the property was a short (25-30 min) drive to Sanibel Island beaches. We really enjoyed our stay!

Pelican

Family of 7, 5 adults and 2 toddlers, had a very nice stay at this property. The location was close to shopping and dining- Sanibel Outlet Mall and Miromar Outlet Mall is about a 25 minute drive, Sanibel Island beaches (my favorite!) are a very easy and beautiful drive as well. We enjoyed several good meals on Cape Coral- 2 Meatballs in the Kitchen and Pinchers were top favorites! The property was nice- nice yard and pool- the screen around the lanai/pool area needs some minor repair so the bugs stay out. The pool fountain was not working, but the pool was clean, the water was warm and my family really enjoyed swimming and playing in the pool. The exterior entrance to the bathroom was a lifesaver with 2 toddlers! My son enjoyed fishing and also viewing schools of fish and a few crabs from the dock. The house was large enough for all of us to relax comfortably, 4 bedrooms- 2 of the bedrooms (the full size and the twins) could use new mattresses, my daughters found them very uncomfortable and sagging in the middle. The furniture in the family room was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels (including beach towels!) and we loved having the laundry room available! There are beach chairs, sand toys, a cooler, and an umbrella available in the garage, and there is a beach cart! It was a lifesaver when hauling all of our stuff to the beach every day! Overall we had a wonderful stay and appreciated the opportunity to be guests at Pelican!

Relaxing and great for remote working

My husband, dogs and I enjoyed our stay for a month. The house was plenty big for us, and allowed my husband to work remotely. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had most of what we needed when we cooked or grilled. The house was stocked salt, pepper and spices. I did bring some of my favorites from home.. We rented a boat for a long weekend and leisurely made our way out to the River and back. Neighborhood was great for walking the dogs, and watching the burrowing owls too. We enjoyed our time in the warm sun and pool daily. There are more than enough pool floats to pick from and choose. We would have liked to book for next year, but its booked up. If given the chance to rent again, we will be doing so. The Property manager, was readily available to answer any questions we had. She was very easy to contact. We did not have any huge issues.

Lovely home, great location!

A minor...stressing minor amount of maintenance makes this home almost perfect. Furnishings are a bit dated and showing some wear. All in all, very nice property. I rented for my daughter and husband and 4 grand kids. We had a ball. Hated to leave and will definately be back.

Relaxing & Comfortable

Very pretty house with everything that you can ask for. We basically used it as a getaway for a few days with our adult children and their spouses and our granddaughter. Relaxed by the pool and watched movies at night. House was well equipped, they even had a high chair, stroller, infant and toddler seat available.

Our Family Vacation

Great Location to many places. House was spacious, we had 7 adults and we all had plenty of room that we weren’t overcrowded. Kitchen space great for many hands in the kitchen. We enjoyed lanai area greatly. Only downside was the last 2 days of our stay we were unable to use the pool because of dirt that accumulated from the storms and heavy rain. We would definitely recommend the house to others and would love to return sometime.

Summer fun with the family!

We just returned from our stay at Villa Sierra. We had the best time relaxing by the pool, we rented a boat that we were able to drive right up to the dock, and did some sight seeing in Cape Coral/Ft Meyers including visiting the Edison/Ford homes. Danielle was a breeze to work with and Peter the property manage answered any questions we had. The house was open and pretty, clean and well furnished, but we spent most of our time outside on the beautiful porch enjoying the pool and sunsets! ; )

lovely Villa Sierra!!

we have just returned after a week in cape coral and a lovely stay in villa sierra there was 5 of us in our party and the villa was very spacious. we travelled down from Orlando after spending our first week visiting the parks so it was nice to spend our second week in a quite beautiful location to relax. we contacted peter to advise we were on our way and he was very helpful. the villa was being prepared for us so we paid a visit to the wicked dolphin distillery, which is just up the road, and had a free tour and rum tasting and ended up buying a bottle of maple flavoured rum, delicious. lots of restaurants around and villa isn't far from the beach at Fort Myers either. we had an evening watching the local baseball team which was $9 per ticket at Hammond Stadium and the boys enjoyed fishing at the villa. our favourite place for a burger was Fords Garage and went twice! and rumrunners restaurant overlooking the canals. a fabulous holiday and can't wait to return!!
