We didnt have the best weather. Rexd flags were up from Saturday till Thursday. Then Friday yellow flags.. We figured we could just swim in our heated pool however the pool heater was broke according to the pool caretaker. I would assume these homeowners notify you as you list these properties for them however I don't think that was the case. I was bombarded with emails about everything however nothing to advise they were sorry for the pool issue. Our stay was ok but I think your agency needs to do a quality assurance check to make sure everything is in order. Also there is a large bubble on the ceiling in the lower bedroom. It appears the shower from upstairs is leaking. Its not a new issue it's been there long enough that mold is growing. If it was my home I would want someone to fix it. We had an infestation of palmetto bugs also. They were all over. Walls. Floors counters. They said they are harmless however its very discouraging to see them everywhere especially on the counters where you prepare food. We spent alot of money to rent this home and it should have been better then this.
