BITTE LESEN SIE UNSERE AUSGEZEICHNETEN BEWERTUNGEN Wir glauben, dass das, was unsere Reisenden über ihren Aufenthalt sagen, der wichtigste Bestandteil jeder Vermietung ist. Diese einzigartige Wohnanlage ist die größte Mieteinheit in The Landings. Mit einer Eingangstür, die Sie bis zur Rückseite des Gebäudes führt, und einem privaten Balkon mit Blick auf den Fluss, den Pool und die Bootsanlegestellen. Die meisten anderen Mieteinheiten in diesem Komplex sind höchstens halb so groß. Wir befinden uns am Withlacoochee River, gleich neben dem Rainbow River mit seiner eigenen Bootsrampe. Versteckt in einer natürlichen Umgebung von Flüssen und Zypressen. Sie werden das Gefühl haben, Mutter Natur ist Ihr Gastgeber. Das historische Viertel von Dunnellon, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Wohnanlage verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie benötigen, um Ihren Aufenthalt zu genießen. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Queensize-Bett sowie eine Queensize-Matratze für Gäste oder Kinder im Wohnbereich. Diese Wohneinheit verfügt über hohe Gewölbedecken. Es blickt auf den Withlacoochee River. Mit großem Pool, Whirlpool und großem Grillbereich, nur wenige Meter vom Fluss entfernt. Sie werden nie müde von dieser wunderschönen Umgebung.

Direkt den Fluss hinauf (eine Linkskurve), der Sie entweder zum Rainbow River mit dem klarsten Wasser führt, das Sie je gesehen haben, bekannt für seine Schläuche, oder zum Withlacoochee River mit dem weltbesten Bassangeln. Relax close to Rainbow Springs

Relaxing family week in a quiet natural environment. Property was clean and fully functional, easy parking and walking distance to multiple restaurants. Perfect retreat

I enjoyed my stay here. I especially enjoyed watching all of the wild life out on the water. It was the perfect little retreat from “life”. Joe was a wonderful host. The house had everything I needed to cook, clean and feel like I was home away from home. I will definitely stay here again.

Great condo, centrally locate

Great centrally located condo, spent 8 days kayaking, finding wonderful restaurants and visiting friends. Check in was flawless, Joseph (the owner) text just to make sure we had no problems. He was easy to talk to and very helpful during the week, responding within minutes. Loved the loft bedroom with a half bath! Thank you for a wonderful and much needed vacation. We will happily stay here again when in the area!

Very peaceful and convenient location with view of the river. Accurate pictures. Older property with some updates but clean and comfortable. Great king size beds large tv and well stocked kitchen. Dunnellon is a nice small town with several good restaurants and wonderful state park on Rainbow Springs many other good activities nearby.

Very relaxing setting

We came to Dunnellon for a week to do some work and take a mini-vacation. The condo we rented was a perfect setting for our needs, clean and just the right size for a couple or two. The town itself was a delight with several good restaurants and markets to provision the condo. Make sure to visit the Rainbow River, there is a state park, and numerous private concerns that rent kayaks, canoes and inflatable tubes for the public.

Eat Pray Love Month on the Rainbow River

Spent a month in the condo, which was water front. Saw alligators, turtles, all sorts of wild life. A peaceful time spent walking along the Blue Run trails, and Rainbow River park. Kayaked several times up and down the Withacoochie and the Rainbow rivers. The most beautiful and magical experience! The condo was a perfect place to stay for a nice calm getaway.

Great condo on the Withlacoochee River

The condo was perfect; everything we could need was provided, and the unit was clean and tasteful. The other residents/guests were friendly and helpful, but unobtrusive. Steve the HOA president is a super nice guy and keeps the property perfectly pleasant. Joe (owner) is very responsive to any question. The river is as beautiful as ever, and the easy drive to Silver Springs, Ocala, Cedar Key are all must-sees; the 2-hr drive to Tarpon Springs, Clearwater Beach etc are well worth the drive. Once again, a perfect visit to Joe's condo!

Enjoyed our week at the condo

Joe was a fantastic and very communicative host. Enjoyed using the two kayaks and the condo was well equipped. We spent the most time at the pool and eating lunch on the picnic tables on the condo premises. There were two guest bar-b-ques, which we used one for a nice Memorial day grill out with the family. We rented two condos side by side for the family and this worked out perfectly. This condo had all the basics you need , but nothing fancy or special. The condo was definitely well worn, so you could say 'kid friendly'.

Perfect river retreat

I can’t say enough about this place. The location, the old school, slower pace of life feel that the unit and condo had. It was a wonderful relaxing family place. The size of the unit was perfect for us as a family of 5 where we all had our own space but also cozy enough to catch some time together. The porch overlooking the river being screened in was a major plus because outside of that screen bugs are waiting, but that’s the river! The proximity to both the rainbow river and crystal river was ideal as we can for both. The owner was very attentive and communicated clearly and often enough, check in was easy also. There were some nice things in the condo when we arrived like snacks and coffee and a float so we left a few behind as well. We look forward to booking again.

Great fishing, boating & day trips, friendly residents and secure location

We stayed for 8 days at The Landings, and loved every minute! This was our 3rd vacation at The Landings, and Joe's condo is perfect - spacious and comfortable, very clean, well furnished and every single thing we could need was provided. The pool was perfect and we had the entire pool area to ourselves whenever we went. We brought our boat and were given a great boat slip right in front of our condo, and had no qualms leaving our gear in the boat overnight. Joe, the Owner, is super responsive and very easy to work with. Steve, the on-site HOA President, went above & beyond to help us with our boat & trailer needs, and even shared the latest fishing tips and reports. The Withlacoochee River is stunningly beautiful, with bonus great fishing! We caught several trophy bass and plenty of fish altogether. We had was an easy 2-hour drive south to Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island and Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, and 45 minutes to Ocala National Forest, and maybe an hour drive north to quaint and pleasant Cedar Key where we had some incredible seafood at Steamers Clam Bar & Grill on the waterfront. Our condo at The Landings was a beautiful, peaceful home base for all our Florida adventures, and we highly recommend it!

Enjoyed our stay

Spoke with Joe the month before we arrived and he was so helpful with information on the area. We had such a wonderful time in Dunnellon. We spent the entire week on the River tubing, kayaking, boating and swimming. The Condo was perfect for our family. Very well stocked. I packed a lot of extra things because I am not use to a condo being so well stocked as this one. The condo had plenty of space. The view if beautiful from the porch. The grounds are very well maintained. It is outdated with the furnishings but who cares about that. It is comfortable and clean....you are on the river... RELAX.. My only complaint is the 3 flights of stairs. Normally that would not bother me but I blew my knee out the first day there so it made it a little difficult to go up and down the stairs. The location of the condo is great. It is walking distance to restaurants and downtown. I would highly recommend Simply Seafood...Amazing. The condo is very close to the boat ramp if you are bringing a boat. Loved being on the Withlacoochee so peaceful. We saw baby gators right off the dock. We had an owl land right next to us one night so beautiful to watch. I would cut some the branches by the lower deck with the one grill on it. It blocks the view of the water from that deck. I would highly recommend this Condo. We had an amazing time with all the comforts of home. Thank you Joe for all your helpful information and we can't wait to come back next year. Wish we could rent for long weekends, we would stay there frequently. :)

Love this place!

The location is perfect for those who enjoy kayaking, golf and good food. Joe's 2 kayaks made it easy to launch right from the condo complex and explore the beautiful Withlacoochee and Rainbow rivers. Several affordable golf courses within 30 minutes. Many great restaurants to try. The condo had everything we needed and was spotless. Joe was easy to contact and quick to respond to the few questions we had. Highly recommend!

Nice quiet getaway on the river

The property was exactly as listed. The host was very helpful and check on us throughout our stay to confirm everything was to our liking. The view from the balcony is lovely and having it screened in to prevent debris and pests made that space even more useful for us. The entire condo complex was very peaceful and everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely book this unit again when we return to the area.

Wonderful location

The condo is conveniently located in Dunnellon along the river within walking distance of several restaurants. There is a nice screened balcony and access to the pool, hot tub, patio and decking areas, and use of two kayaks. The folks who are owners were friendly but not intrusive. The pool was usually empty and very comfortable. The unit is quiet and well appointed. The folks at the property are generally older, so as others have said, this may not be the best place for small children. There are quite a few flights of stairs so that may be an issue for some folks. The decor and furnishings are a bit dated but still very functional and the beds are comfortable. A washer & dryer in the unit is a nice convenience. The owner (Joe) was very helpful and readily accessible. Check-in is a breeze. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this rental.
