This sprawling 3,184 sq ft brick beauty is a seaside sanctuary. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, there's room for the whole crew to relax and recharge. Cook meals for up to 12 people in the fully furnished kitchen or grill it up outdoors with the electric or propane grills. Perfect for large families, the open-concept layout features two oversized living rooms, multiple workspaces and dining areas, modern tile floors throughout, and smart TVs in every bedroom—plus an 84" TV in the main living room for movie nights and game days.

Guest Access:
You’ll receive a personalized digital code at check-in to access the home. Check-in time is 4 PM, and if early check-in is approved, you’ll be able to arrive as early as 1 PM. A lockbox with spare keys is near the front door in case of malfunction. For your safety, cameras monitor the driveway and front door. Please do not tamper with them.
Quiet Hours
Please respect Navarre’s quiet hours from 9pm–7am. This is a peaceful, residential community, and we do have neighbors with high noise sensitivity. Absolutely no loud music or party-level noise outside—especially in the evening.

Safety & Things to Know:
- Fully fenced backyard, but no pool fence – kids must be supervised at all times
- No smoking inside the home
- No pets – owner has allergies
- No lifeguard – swim at your own risk
- Florida critters: We spray regularly, but this is a sub-tropical climate—keep doors closed to minimize visitors!

The Neighborhood:
Navarre is a safe, military-friendly city with 13 total military bases within an hour drive. Holley By The Sea is a very family-oriented residential area. Please help us maintain the peace in the community so that we can continue doing what we love, hosting you! Please do not park on the grass, in the garage or on the main road.

Getting Around:
No public transit, but Uber/Lyft are available. Bring your own vehicle for the most freedom to explore. Your closest beach escape is Navarre Beach Marine Park (8739 Gulf Blvd, Navarre, FL 32566)—featuring free entry, public showers, a scenic fishing pier, and plenty of parking. For water adventures, we recommend Navarre Beach Boat Ramp (1451 Navarre Beach Blvd, Navarre, FL 32566).

Other Things to Note:
Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the house and no pets allowed on the premises. The owner has pet allergies. Additionally, there is no life guard on duty. By booking our short-term rental, you are absolving us from all liability and accepting full responsibility for yourselves and those in your party. The backyard is fully fenced, but there is no gate around the pool. Please watch your children at all times. The management company and owners assume no responsibility for any accident or injury, or damage.
