Quiet Hours & Noise
Our home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, and we ask that you help keep the environment calm for everyone. Please be mindful of noise levels and bring conversations and activities inside after 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM. The City’s Noise Ordinance is strictly enforced. Parties or any disturbances that violate the ordinance will result in fines of $1,000 to $10,000 and immediate eviction without a refund.
Guest Capacity
The maximum number of overnight guests is 10. You may request up to 2 additional overnight guests for $100 per night. Other than overnight guests, no other persons are permitted on the property without our explicit approval. Any changes to the guest count must be made before booking, or with our explicit approval.
Events
No events or gatherings are allowed without prior written authorization from us. Please inquire if you have special plans that require our approval. Additional fees will apply depending on the event.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is available at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We need this time to properly prepare the home for future guests. Unfortunately, early check-ins or late check-outs are not possible if another guest is arriving or departing on the same day.
Reporting Issues Upon Arrival
Please report any issues within 24 hours of arrival so we can address them promptly. We strive for excellence and want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and seamless as possible.
Furnishings & Amenities
Please note that furnishings and amenities may change from time to time, so we recommend confirming with us if there’s anything specific you need.
Beach Gear, Toys, and Games
We’re happy to provide beach gear, toys, and games for your enjoyment! Please be mindful of other guests and return all items in the same clean and organized condition in which you found them. If you notice anything is missing or damaged, kindly notify us as soon as possible so we can address the issue.
Pre-Approval of Guests & Plans
All guest ages and the intended use of the home must be pre-approved. We reserve the right to decline or cancel reservations at our discretion.
Child Safety
This home is not baby or child-proofed. If you are traveling with children, please inspect the property upon arrival and make any necessary adjustments to ensure the safety of your little ones.
Security
For security purposes, we have exterior surveillance cameras recording 24/7. These cameras are located on the driveway, front yard, and outside the front door. While the neighborhood is very safe, we encourage guests to lock the entrances before departing.
Ongoing Maintenance Services
In order to keep the property up to our high standards, we have a team that performs weekly servicing including: trash collection (Mon ~8pm), spa cleaning (Tues ~8 AM), and landscaping (Wed ~10am). The spa is serviced weekly and before each guest’s stay. If the spa’s water quality is found to be at an unhealthy level after a stay, guests will be responsible for the additional cleaning cost.
Only TP Down Toilets
Please only flush toilet paper down the toilets to prevent any clogs. Guests will be responsible to cover the cost of the repair if found in violation of the policy.
Temperature Control / No AC
This home does not have air conditioning. We recommend opening windows to let in the coastal breeze and using the provided fans to keep the space cool and comfortable.
Fireplace
The indoor fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is not operational.
Pet Policy
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! This home is pet-friendly, with a $100 fee per pet, per stay. You may bring up to 3 pets. Please notify us during booking if you plan to bring a pet.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to all features of the home including backyard, BBQ, fire pit, and outside areas, with the exception of the garage.
