The modern open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area provide the ideal space for both relaxing and entertaining. Located just five minutes from both Revelstoke Mountain Resort and downtown Revelstoke, Frosty Pines Place is the perfect home base for your stay.

Frosty Pines Place is ideally situated just five minutes from Revelstoke Mountain Resort and five minutes from downtown Revelstoke, offering both convenience and accessibility for your stay.
A year-round shuttle service picks up passengers directly on the corner of Hay Rd & Nichol Rd, providing easy transportation to the resort. Additionally, Frosty Pines Place is located on BC Transit Route 5. For the most up-to-date schedule and fare information, please visit the BC Transit website.
The surrounding area is highly cyclist and pedestrian-friendly, with sidewalks and paved multi-use pathways that provide a direct and scenic route to downtown Revelstoke.
To access the property we will provide a code for the garage and front door. Access to this code will be provided on the day of check-in.
Upstairs at Frosty Pines Place, you'll find all the bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, complemented by a cozy coffee nook, perfect for light morning or evening reading. It also includes a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom, equipped with a full shower and a Jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed, a closet, and stunning mountain views. The third bedroom also has a queen-sized bed, a closet, and a more modern design, providing a stylish yet cozy space. The fourth bedroom is a spacious room facing Begbie Mountain. It features a king-sized bed, a reading nook, and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, offering both comfort and added convenience.
Downstairs at Frosty Pines Place offers a spacious and well-appointed layout, with plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment. The downstairs area features a large, open kitchen, perfect for cooking and hosting, along with a cozy breakfast nook. Two separate lounge rooms, each with its own fireplace, create a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout. The second lounge room also includes a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed, available upon request, providing additional flexibility for guests. The property also features a large dining room table and a back patio area, complete with a fully-equipped BBQ and a spacious backyard ideal for the whole family to enjoy.
For added convenience, there is a half bathroom downstairs, as well as a full laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The laundry room doubles as a gear room, offering plenty of space for jackets, ski boots, snowboard boots, and other outdoor equipment. This leads into the two-car garage, where guests can securely store their sports equipment, keeping it safe and protected from the elements during your stay. Additionally, there are two parking spots available outside on the driveway. Please note that street parking is not permitted due to snow removal regulations.
Please note: The house is equipped with its own circulating air system to maintain consistent airflow and temperature throughout. While it produces a low humming sound, this is completely normal for a home of this size and is considered standard ambient noise.
HIGHWAY 1 EAST ACCESS
- from the highway, turn onto Townley Street
- at the traffic circle, take your third exit (4th Street East)
- turn left at the stop sign on Nichol Road (toward the ski resort)
- Continue after the school zone you will see another roundabout take the second exit onto Nichol Road.
- Turn Left onto Hay Rd, the property will be on the right-hand side (1904 Hay, Rd)
HIGHWAY 1 NORTH ACCESS
- from the highway, turn onto Victoria Road
- at the traffic circle, take your 2nd exit (Victoria Road)
- at the next traffic circle, take your second exit (4th Street East)
- turn left at the stop sign on Nichol Road (toward the ski resort)
- Continue after the school zone you will see another roundabout take the second exit onto Nichol Road.
- Turn Left onto Hay Rd, the property will be on the right-hand side (1904 Hay, Rd)
Frosty Pines Place offers ample parking, with a total of four designated parking spaces for the upstairs unit.
Garage Parking: Two vehicles must be parked inside the garage, utilizing the center and right-hand garage doors. Driveway Parking: Two additional parking spaces are available outside on the driveway. Guests must park in the two spaces facing the property on the right-hand side. Please be mindful that there is a downstairs tenant who also requires parking. To ensure shared access, guests must leave sufficient space on the left-hand side of the driveway for the tenant. As this property is located in a residential area, we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of the neighbourhood. Sporting equipment, including snowmobiles and motorbikes, must not be started on the property. If it is necessary to start them, it must be done only between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, by neighbourhood regulations.
