Reservation Policies:

1. Check-in/Check-out: Door codes are shared at 4 PM. Check-in is from 4 PM to 11 AM. Late check-ins after this time are against our rules as assistance is available only during working hours (4 PM-12 AM).

2. Early/Late Services: Early check-in, late check-out, and early bag drop are subject to availability.

3. Deposit and Registration: Door codes will not be shared if the $50 incidentals deposit and registration are still pending.

4. Deposit Release: The deposit is released 3-7 days after the original check-out date.

5. Complaints: All complaints must be reported within 30 minutes of check-in.

6. Departures: All departures must be reported immediately for calendar availability and issue resolution. It is recommended to send an alteration request if needed, to get unspent nights back and update the calendar.

7. Reservation Changes: All changes must be made before the 10 AM checkout time on the listing. Changes cannot be made after 10 AM as per app configuration.

8. Early Departure: Submit an alteration request for early departures to be approved easily.

9. Refunds: No courtesy refunds are provided.

10. Incidental Deposits Policy: A $50 incidental fee is held after booking. This preventive fee is for potential damages, in accordance with Airbnb's policy (see [Airbnb Help Article](https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/140)).

11. Registration Policy: Registration is mandatory after booking, requiring IDs for all guests under the reservation and a credit card scan. Failure to complete both (deposit and registration) accurately will result in reservation termination with no refund.

12. City Penalties: Guests bear full responsibility for any city-imposed penalties related to their stay, plus any damages and an additional 20% as compensation to the host. This 20% is allocated toward a neighborhood compensation plan.

Pool hours are from 9 AM to 9 PM. Guests who exceed this timeframe will be removed from the property. Parties are strictly prohibited. Smoking in the property incurs a $300 penalty, resulting in dismissal without refund. Additionally, a $250 penalty applies to excessive noise or obscene behavior requiring police intervention.

Leaving trash outside the entrance incurs a $100 penalty; please use designated trash cans. Pets in the unit result in a $250 penalty. Damage to the property will be pro-rated and automatically charged from your booking account. Upon checkout, please turn off lights, water, gas/stove, and lock the door; penalties are automatically withdrawn from your booking account.
