Welcome to a modern two-story loft featuring 16-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a private balcony—an exceptional find in this building, offering spectacular city views. Here, you can unwind and take in the incredible sights. Enjoy complete privacy with this exposure. Access the incredible rooftop patio with panoramic views and other amenities. Just outside the front door, explore Yaletown, Marinaside, False Creek, the Seawall, Coal Harbour, and more.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, from utensils to wine glasses, and a Nespresso coffee machine ready for your morning pick-me-up! The inviting living room features an electric fireplace and a comfy fold-out sofa, perfect for relaxing or catching up on your favourite shows on the large TV set. There’s also a handy workspace for those who need to stay productive. Enjoy high-speed fibre optic Internet, boosted by two signals spread across different levels to keep you connected. The windows feature curtains on an automatic mechanism, easily controlled with a remote.
A massive wooden staircase leads to the second floor, where a plush bed is flanked by designed wooden side tables with table lamps. A wall-mounted TV is also available for your entertainment. The mirror ceiling above the bedroom increases the space and adds a delightful touch to the decor. The washer and dryer are conveniently located nearby. Beautiful oil paintings adorn the walls, giving the loft a warm and artistic atmosphere.
Guests will have access to the unit and building amenities, which include a patio with a grill and outdoor furniture, a gym, a rooftop deck, and a gated parking spot for one vehicle.
SLEEPING (up to 4 people)
The sleeping arrangements, which can accommodate up to 4 people, include a queen-size bed on the second floor and a queen-size sofa bed with a memory foam mattress in the living room.
SELF CHECK-IN
I won't be present to greet you, so you'll have to use the self-check-in option. When you arrive, please buzz to open the front door and access the elevator. To enter the unit, you'll need to enter an individual code for the smart lock, which I'll send along with detailed check-in instructions two days before your arrival.
SECURITY
My unit has a front door camera for security purposes. The camera is located inside the unit, facing only the front entrance, and it is non-motorized (meaning it does not move). Due to strata bylaws, I cannot place any cameras outside to record the hallways. The camera does not record sound, and no other cameras are inside the property.
I only check the camera in extreme cases, such as when something is missing from my apartment or when I receive complaints from neighbours. So, I won't see you in the footage. After three days, all recordings are automatically deleted.
I will provide a screenshot from the camera to show the area that is being filmed.
HOUSE RULES
Please recognize that this building is not a hotel, so policies and rules must be strictly enforced. Any violation of these rules may result in a fine or eviction from the apartment without a refund of the rent.
1. CHECK-IN window from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
2. CHECKOUT time is before 11:00 a.m.
3. Maximum 4 guests at a time!
4. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Please indicate the precise number of guests in your reservation.
5.No building or city bylaw violation, including excessive NOISE AFTER ALLOWABLE HOURS. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
6. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for any fines related to the building, strata, or city issues during your stay, as well as for my property and its contents. I reserve the right to claim compensation if anything is broken or missing during your stay.
7. Smoking and drug use are prohibited anywhere on the property except at street level, where smoking is allowed. Smoking inside the unit will incur a $200 fine for each day of your stay.
8. A $100 KEY REPLACEMENT FEE will apply if you lose or damage the keys.
9. BE RESPECTFUL to our neighbours and building management. We have a great relationship with both and wish to continue that.
10. Well-trained pets are welcome with an additional fee. Pets aren’t allowed on furniture.
