This stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo boasts an incredible 940 sq. ft. suite with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer views of Vancouver City, Rogers Arena, Science World, and the marina. The open-concept living room and kitchen are ideal for gathering, while the solarium offers an additional sleeping option or workspace.
Inside the apartment, you will find a bright living room and a spacious kitchen that offers panoramic views of the surroundings. The solarium includes a cozy sofa, a fully equipped workspace, a bookshelf filled with guidebooks and other reading materials, as well as stylish bedrooms featuring blackout blinds for quality sleep and wall-mounted TVs. Additionally, the apartment provides two bathrooms for your convenience.
Guests have full access to the entire unit and building amenities, which include a 25-meter indoor pool, gym, sauna, hot tub, a courtyard with a garden and pond, and a gated parking spot for one vehicle.
Please note that my apartment is located in a fairly busy area. It is just steps away from Rogers Arena, where many of the city's most significant events are held, and the SkyTrain station. Ensure that this location is suitable for you before making a reservation!
SLEEPING (up to 7 people)
The sleeping arrangements include two beds with memory foam mattresses—one king-size bed and one queen-size bed. In addition, there is a fold-out queen-sized sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two people and a futon in the solarium that can accommodate one more person.
SECURITY
My unit has a front door camera for security purposes. It is inside the unit, faces only the front entrance, and is non-motorized (i.e., it doesn't move). Due to strata bylaws, I cannot place any camera outside to film the hallways. The camera does not record sound, and NO other cameras are inside the property.
I only check the cameras in extreme cases, such as when something is missing from my apartment or when I receive complaints from neighbours. So, I will most likely not see you. After 3 days, all recordings are automatically deleted. I'm also happy to provide a screenshot of the camera's filming area.
HOUSE RULES
Please recognize that this building is not a hotel, so policies and rules must be strictly enforced. Any violation of these rules may result in a fine or eviction from the apartment without a refund of the rent.
1. CHECK-IN window from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
2. CHECKOUT time is before 11:00 am.
3. Maximum 7 guests at a time!
4. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Please indicate the precise number of guests in your reservation.
5.No building or city bylaw violation, including excessive NOISE AFTER ALLOWABLE HOURS. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
6. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for any fines related to the building, strata, or city issues during your stay, as well as for my property and its contents. I reserve the right to claim compensation if anything is broken or missing during your stay.
7. Smoking and drug use are prohibited anywhere on the property except at street level, where smoking is allowed. Smoking inside the unit will incur a $200 fine for each day of your stay.
8. A $100 KEY REPLACEMENT FEE will apply if you lose or damage the keys.
9. BE RESPECTFUL to our neighbours and building management. We have a great relationship with both and wish to continue that.
10. Well-trained pets are welcome with an additional fee. Pets aren't allowed on furniture.
