Discover this adorable 1-bedroom gem in Vancouver. This cozy condo features a peaceful living room with a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bedroom boasts a phenomenal queen bed for a restful night's sleep. Guests can enjoy a convenient and comfortable stay with amenities like air conditioning, WiFi, a fitness room, and a swimming pool. A great place to call your home base while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.
Inside, you’ll find a bright living room and full kitchen, a Solarium with a comfortable chair and coffee table, an equipped workplace in the office, a cozy, stylized bedroom with blackout blinds for sleeping, a wall-mounted TV, and a bathroom.
Guests can access the unit and building amenities, including a 25-meter indoor pool, gym, sauna, hot tub, courtyard with garden, and a pond. Additionally, the unit comes with a gated parking spot for one vehicle.
Please note that my apartment is located in a fairly busy area. It is just steps away from Rogers Arena, where many of the city's biggest events and the SkyTrain station take place. Ensure that this location is suitable for you before making a reservation.
SLEEPING (up to 4 people)
The sleeping arrangements, which can accommodate up to 4 people, include a queen-size bed and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room.
SELF CHECK-IN
I won't be present to greet you, so you'll have to use the self-check-in option. Upon arrival, buzz to open the front door and access the elevator. To get into the unit, you'll need to enter an individual code for the smart lock, which I'll send along with detailed instructions for check-in two days before your arrival.
HOUSE RULES
Please recognize that this building is not a hotel, so policies and rules must be strictly enforced. Any violation of these rules may result in a fine or eviction from the apartment without a refund of the rent.
1. CHECK-IN window from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
2. CHECKOUT time is before 11:00 a.m.
3. Maximum 4 guests at a time!
4. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Please indicate the precise number of guests in your reservation.
5.No building or city bylaw violation, including excessive NOISE AFTER ALLOWABLE HOURS. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
6. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for any fines related to the building, strata, or city issues during your stay, as well as for my property and its contents. I reserve the right to claim compensation if anything is broken or missing during your stay.
7. Smoking and drug use are prohibited anywhere on the property except at street level, where smoking is allowed. Smoking inside the unit will incur a $200 fine for each day of your stay.
8. A $100 KEY REPLACEMENT FEE will apply if you lose or damage the keys.
9. BE RESPECTFUL to our neighbours and building management. We have a great relationship with both and wish to continue that.
10. Well-trained pets are welcome with an additional fee. Pets aren’t allowed on furniture.
