The property was designed by the renowned architect Pedro Rodriguez Flores for a prestigious and influential Puerto Rican family. The estate’s main bungalow and the four adjacent casitas served as the family’s vacation home, a retreat to which they could escape the hustle and bustle of life. Now it can be your retreat. In Spanish “Una Quinta” means an estate. Since it is our heartfelt desire to preserve the history and origins of this exquisite property, we started with our name, Las Quintas Reserve.
ACCOMMODATIONS
The estate consists of five independent villas and a main bungalow where reception and the restaurant are located. Three villas have a private balcony overlooking picturesque views of stunning seascape areas, showcasing panoramic views of Cayo Luis Peña Reserve, dotted with neighboring keys. The "Pool Villa" is located steps away from the pool and the "Garden Villa" overlooking the tropical garden with mango trees and other exotic fruits. All are well appointed with the finest amenities and offer visitors their own private getaway. Each villa sleeps two, The Estate Villa sleeps 4, joining two adjacent rooms (The Sunset View Villa + The Pool Villa) and the entire property accommodates groups of ten.
