- *Parking:* Free parking is not available due to the prime location. Paid parking is available in a secured gated garage directly across the street or in a lot one block away.

Paid parking is available inside a secured gated garage directly across the street or a paid parking lot one block away. Please pay attention to all signage wherever you choose to park. We are not responsible for towing***

Any stay over 14 nights will result in a mandatory mid-stay cleaning which will be charged to the guest on top of the cleaning fee paid on the reservation.
### House Rules

#### Booking Requirements:
- *Age:* You must be at least 18 years old to book. Reservations made by guests who do not meet this requirement will be canceled.
- *Verification:* A credit or debit card matching a valid ID is required for verification. The name on the card and ID must match the reservation name. Discrepancies or suspected fraud may result in cancellation.

#### Deposit:
- *Amount:* A fully refundable deposit of up to $100 is required during pre-check-in.
- *Charges:* Any food/drink items consumed, additional cleaning beyond the standard, or damages will be deducted from the deposit. Charges exceeding $100 must be paid at checkout.
- *Refund:* The deposit, minus any deductions, will be refunded the day after checkout and will appear in your bank within 3-5 business days.

#### Additional Rules:
- *Age Requirement:* Guests must be 21 or older to book.
- *Quiet Hours:* No loud music or noise from 9 PM to 9 AM.
- *No Parties or Large Groups:* Maximum of 6 people allowed. Special occasions require host approval. Unauthorized parties will result in eviction and a $250 fine.
- *No Smoking:* Smoking incurs a $250 cleaning fee and a possible $250 building fine. Additional fees may apply for guest compensation or relocation.
- * Pets:* There will be a $95 pet fee for each pet.
- *Parking:* Limited free street parking. Paid parking available: $25/day in a private garage, $17/day in a nearby public lot.
- *Photo/Video Shoots:* Commercial shoots require owner consent and additional fees ($250 for photos, $400 for videos). Unauthorized shoots incur a $500 fine. Clubhouse, pool, and terrace shoots available for $150/hour.
- *Check-In/Out:*
- Early check-in: 1 PM ($75), 2 PM ($50), 3 PM ($25). Standard check-in at 4 PM.
- Late check-out: 11 AM ($25), 12:30 PM ($49).
- Requests made after 9 PM the night before may not be accommodated.
- *Theft/Damage:* Missing items will be billed at cost plus a $50 service fee. Damages will be assessed individually.
- *Location:* Relocations, if necessary, will be to an equal or better unit with similar features and amenities.
