Unique, Modern, & Minimalist Famous ArtBnB.

Located 1.5mi south of Downtown just north of Southern Ave, steps away from restaurants, nearby intracoastal waterway, and 3mi from Municipal Beach.

There is a guest house on the property rented separately. The backyard is reserved for the main house guests. The only shared space is the driveway.

The Black & White theme throughout the house aims to provide guests with a one-of-a-kind experience that's different from everything boring and ordinary.

While each room is separately designed, it aims to seamlessly integrate with the overall black and white theme throughout the house.

Most of the artwork on the walls is original and conceived by Annissa Zak, an intuitive abstract creator currently based in Chicago. She's also the artist who painted the exterior of the house.

The installations in the kitchen, hallway, and bedrooms are done by 3 separate artists: Henry Johnson, Rhenda Writer and Annissa Zak.

Guests will have private access to the entire house but might need to share the driveway and backyard with the guests staying in the detached guesthouse in the back.
