Ocean Lakes Site 1826 is on a corner lot and has a covered porch that you can sit outside to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Walking into the front door you are welcome into a large family room with two sofas, chair and tv. Golf cart is included (must be 21 to operate).

The living area has a Queen size sleeper sofa, second sofa, chair and flat screen tv with cable
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you would need to prepare meals.
Kitchen table has seating for 6.
Propane grill is just outside the kitchen side door.

The Queen Master is down the hall to the left with a private bath
Second bedroom is down the hall to the right just after the hall bath.
Both bathrooms have a tub/shower

The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer
Golf cart is included

Must be 21 to operate the golf cart (valid driver’s license required and must abide by all Ocean Lakes rules for golf cart usage, or renter will pay applicable fines)

You will be required to purchase a $15.00 a day parking pass through Ocean Lakes this DOES include the amenities and water park. Ocean Lakes has so much to offer you won't need to leave the park.
