This spacious, bright 1 bedroom downstairs apartment is the ideal getaway in Grand Bay. You have your own porch (balcony) as well as a second private entrance. Please note: NO AC, just standing fan. Older house. NOT modern.
The space
Huge living/dining room space. Very airy. Private porch area. Large bedroom.

It is downstairs of an older house that shows its age and hurricane battering in some places. Expect to find some loving wear, quaint aging and old school Caribbean charm. NOT modern.

Also there is no AC. Just a standing fan.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire downstairs private apartment.
Other things to note
Please note that the apartment is wired for both 110v/220v for your convenience. Use caution if you are not sure which is which. Check your electric items. Sister’s House is not responsible for damage.
• Please report any damages before you check out. Call for any issues.
• Please turn off all lights when leaving the house. If you will need a light, you can leave the single outside light on.
• Sometimes there is no water or electrical services from the national utility companies due to storms or repairs. In these cases, still remember to turn off taps and switches.

Please note NO SMOKING INSIDE the house!! You may smoke outside.
