Let's establish some expectations:

*We can accommodate a maximum of 10-12 cars including visitors. Morning Event fee is 300 USD (Until 15:00 Pm) , Afternoon fee is 450 USD (Until 18:00 Pm)
Evening Event fee is 600 USD (Until 21:30 Pm).

*Private heated Pool and hot tub:

* $130 for just *1 day*

* $80/night for *2 days* or more. Only hot tub is 35 USD/day. Sauna 20 USD/day.

*Pets
We are a pet welcoming house (up to 6 pets) with a fee of $100/pet- whole stay.

*Quite hours
Are from 07:00-22:00 and quite music is allowed during these hours.

*Additional guest's nightly rate:
$39 for 6+ guests will be charged. 6 Guests pay just the basic price and 7,8,9 guest and so on pay 39$ /day.

HOUSE RULES:

As a host , we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our assignment is to help our guests create beautiful and unforgettable family memories in our cozy Blissful bonding B&B home.

For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and CONFIRM THAT THIS HAS BEEN REVIEWED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation!

**We can accommodate a MAXIMUM of 10 cars including visitors.

GUEST REGISTRATION FORM
We require our guest to fill out the form, it will be sent once the booking is confirmed. Guest who will not complete this form entirely will not be able to receive the check-in instructions.

PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS:

Our property is pet friendly (limit is 6), but please make sure you follow the rules mentioned below:

✤ No constant barking is allowed. We do not want anyone disturbed at any time. We assume the pet is well behaved.

✤ We charge $100/pet for the whole stay.

✤Please make sure to supervise your pets when in the backyard, and don't leave them unattended at any time.

✤ Pets and service animals should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner information attached should it become lost and must be crated or kenneled when left alone to avoid accidents.

✤ Please avoid any pet mess inside the house and outside as well. Pick-up their waste and dispose of it accordingly.
Also, if the animal tends to sit on the couches, sofas or beds please bring a special cover/mattress protector. Please report on any damaged caused by an animal (we prefer to solve it together with you instead of claiming to AIRBNB)

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
✤ If under 25 years old a refundable deposit of $650 is paid separately from your booking. Under 21 years old we do not allow alcohol on the property. It will be returned after no damage is found.

✤ The primary guest(s) will be responsible for any excess cost of repair, cleaning or replacement required as a result of damage caused by the guests and their invitees during the stay. The deposit will also be returned so long as following provisions are met during your stay:

1) No damage is done to the house or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.

2) The primary guest was staying at property during reservation along with other guests mentioned when making reservation. And if the total number of overnight guests do not exceed the number in the agreement.

3) You respect the quiet hours (meaning no calls from police or neighbors).

4) No pets were brought with you that were not declared.

NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED:
✤ We require that all guests must be declared.
Main guest should send his ID.

EXTRA GUEST FEE:
✤There's additional charge of $39/guest/night after more than 6 guests. (7,8,9 etc)

POOL EQUIPMENT:
✤Please do not touch the pool equipment. Contact us with any question or issue, we control it remotely.

POOL AREA
✤Please avoid using glass in the yard on near the pool area, use other dishes instead.
✤Every Monday& Thursday the pool technician will arrive to clean the pool

HEATED POOL AND HOT TUB FEE
✤Pool and hot tub will be heated when noted in advance, (no matter what the outside temperature is) partial stay is allowed. Heated pool (85-100F) 365 days and spacious area to spend some time with your precious
ones.
* $120 for the first night if payment is made at least 15 hours before check-in and other subsequent night is $85.
* $85 per night if payment is received 24 hours before check-in for multiple nights.
* $130 per night for a one-night booking.
* Sauna 20USD/Day
* Only hot tub will be charged 35 USD/day.

✤ Leave the hot tub always covered when not on usage

SECURITY CAMERA:
✤ For everyone's safety and security, the property is equipped with security cameras on the exterior part (no cameras inside the house). Guests must not switch them off, cover them, tamper with them, move them or obstruct their view. Breaking these rules will result in immediate eviction from the property without any refunds.

EATING OR DRINKING:
✤ No eating is allowed in any part of the house other than the dining area (Inside or outside).

SMOKING:
✤ There is NO SMOKING of any kind inside the house. There will be a $350.00 smoking fee charged for smoking in the house.

DRUGS:
✤ If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY AND IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND!

PARTIES/EVENTS
✤ Are NOT ALLOWED unless they are scheduled and agreed upon, at the time of booking. Unauthorized events will result IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITHOUT ANY REFUND!

LOUD MUSIC&QUIET HOURS:
✤ Please keep the noise to a minimum after 21:00 PM. The music should be played only within the house.


ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY:
✤ Guests must inform us of any alteration requests (shortening stay & decreasing guest count) at least two weeks before check-in. Regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate late requests. In such cases, we can provide a refund amounting to only 50% of the original refund amount.

LATE CHECK OUT will be charged for $150/hour.

OTHER:
✤ Please do not re-arrange our furniture. We expect the accommodation is returned to us in the condition presented on arrival. Breakages or damages not caused by normal wear and tear (animal damage does not constitute normal wear and tear) will be charged to you.

PLEASE NOTE: COVID-19 government-imposed travel restrictions may impact your travel plans. Please be sure to check and follow government guidelines for travel in this area.
