Pet Policy: If you are bringing a pet, please be aware that there is a pet fee of $125 per pet. For a second pet, an additional charge of $125 applies. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we require a photo of your pet as well as their vet records. Please note that only dogs are allowed for long-term stays, while cats are allowed for stays under 3 months.

We only provide extra linens when you let us know prior to arriving. There are no extra linens for the sofa beds, or any air mattresses if we do not have sufficient occupancy booked prior. If you book for 6 people nothing extra is provided. If the booking is for 7-8 people we would provide extra linens for the Futon.
