Summary:
Escape the ordinary with this cozy mountain home, where you'll find peace and quiet on 80 beautiful acres. Tucked away just five miles south of Angel Fire, this home boasts stunning alpine vistas and comes fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The high ceilings and open floor plan offer room for the whole family. Gather around the fireplace on chilly evenings or take in the views from the deck on warmer nights. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances. Featuring a colorful array of wall art and fixtures, the dreamy main includes a cloudscape en suite complete with a luxurious soaking tub, spacious shower, and walk-in closet. The furnished loft space features a sunny rec room (with a sink and vanity), a cozy sitting area with a selection of books and games, and additional sleeping accommodations. High-speed WiFi allows you to connect with loved ones and share highlights during your amazing stay.
Guest Access:
Whether coming from the North or South, you will access the house from the “main” road, highway 434. You’ll turn onto Osha Rd (AKA County Road B-3).
Follow the road as it winds up a hill and splits 3 ways. You stay to the left and merge onto Laguna Negra Rd (AKA County Road B-42).
You’ll curve to the right slightly and down a hill. The road flattens and curves to the left, leading to a cattle guard. This marks the beginning of the property.
You’ll be taking a right into the driveway in less than 1/4 mile. Before the driveway is a green electrical box with a 51 on it. It could be obscured by snow.
On the far side of the driveway is a snowmobile on a large fallen tree. Turn into the driveway and follow it to the house. You may park in front of the garage or circle around the house and park at the “top” where there are fewer steps on the deck into the front door.
Other Things to Note:
Our software automatically discounts 10% for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays and our posted prices is our best price, so please do not message us asking for a "special discounted rate."
4WD or AWD Vehicle Required during winter months November through March
The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time.
Firewood is available for purchase locally in Angel Fire but is not provided by host.
If there are any issues during your stay, please contact the host and give them the opportunity to address any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay.
We no longer make exceptions to the published cancellation policy for any reason so if you want to be extra safe should you need to cancel, please purchase trip insurance.
