Unsere Sea Watch Condo ist eine OCEANFRONT-Eckwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern im siebten Stock des neuen Teils des Südturms im fabelhaften und begehrten Sea Watch Resort.

Die Wohnung wurde im Laufe des Jahres 2018 umfassend renoviert. Wir wissen, dass Sie unsere komplett renovierten Zimmer und Familienzimmer genießen werden.

Beginnen Sie den Tag mit einem Kaffee auf unserem großen Wrap-Around-Balkon am Meer, während Sie den spektakulären Sonnenaufgang über dem funkelnden blauen Atlantik beobachten! Es gibt eine enorme Aussicht auf den Strand und das Meer von zwei Fenstern und doppelten Terrassentüren im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt auch eine großartige Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand und die Pools von den doppelten Terrassentüren und dem Fenster im Hauptschlafzimmer.

Wir kauften unsere Sea Watch-Wohnung nach monatelanger Wartezeit für eine Premium-Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, die bei Sea Watch zum Verkauf angeboten wird! Diese Sea Watch Eigentumswohnung ist eine der größeren Eigentumswohnungen mit zwei Schlafzimmern im SeaWatch ... Viel Platz für die Familie.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit bequemer Matratze und zwei Doppelbetten im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Im großen Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Queensize-Schlafsofa. Keramikfliesen in Küche, Foyer / Flur und Bad. Zugang zum Balkon sowohl vom Wohnzimmer als auch vom Hauptschlafzimmer.

Die Wohnung hat alles, was Sie möglicherweise brauchen könnten, aber keine zusätzlichen Eigentümer Artikel sind in der Wohnung gespeichert. Wir möchten, dass Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen! Viele unserer Gäste kommen Jahr für Jahr wieder.

Das Sea Watch Resort bietet eine Fülle hervorragender Annehmlichkeiten (Pools, Lazy Rivers, Restaurant, Kaffee- und Eisdiele, Tiki-Bar, kleiner Supermarkt usw.) und liegt am atemberaubendsten weißen Sandstrand des gesamten Grand Strand. Das Resort erstreckt sich über 10 Hektar und liegt zentral an der Grenze zwischen Myrtle Beach und North Myrtle Beach, einer hervorragenden Lage. Das Resort befindet sich in makellosem Zustand und ist üppig angelegt. Die Sicherheit von Sea Watch ist unübertroffen. Sie werden Armbänder haben, um die Annehmlichkeiten zu nutzen.

Sea Watch ist ein großartiges Familienresort und zieht Gäste jeden Alters an. Wenn Sie in den frühen Morgenstunden wach sind, werden Sie die Arbeiter sehen, die alle Pools und Whirlpools säubern und Stühle, Poolseiten und Annehmlichkeiten abwaschen. Ich fühle mich sehr wohl, wenn ich Ihnen sage, dass es am Grand Strand kein besseres Resort gibt als SeaWatch!

In den Wintermonaten stehen Ihnen zwei Innenpools und mehrere Whirlpools zur Verfügung. Die Außenpools sind im Winter beheizt. Während der Sommermonate gibt es fünf Außenpools, zwei Flüsse und zwölf Whirlpools. WLAN-Internetzugang ist kostenlos in der Wohnung und im gesamten Resort.

Sie werden sich in das Sea Watch Resort und unsere wundervolle ... Sie werden Jahr für Jahr wiederkommen wollen! Die Preise sind erheblich reduziert und beinhalten Bettwäsche, Endreinigung, überdachte Parkplätze, WLAN, Ortsgespräche und die Nutzung der Sea Watch-Annehmlichkeiten.

Loved the room , the veiw , and the short distance to the beach ! The in door pool was nice but in the cold months its good to wear your suit and have a robe and a towel because you do have to go back outside to get back to your room . Also the closest restroom is the second floor.. Over all a great time with my family !

Unit is located at Seawatch Plantation which is a great location. Seawatch has several amenities for your stay anytime of year. We enjoy the beach this time of year without the crowd. Easy to get around for shopping, eating at your favorite restaurants and always trying to find a new favorite place to eat.

Mostly awesome

We had a great stay, and love the condo. The only issue we had was that when we got here, there were dirty hand towels stuffed in the hall bath drawer, there is a very moldy sponge in the cabinet under the kitchen sink, and there was trash and also a tv remoteunder the bed in the 2nd bedroom.

Perfect girl’s weekend

Seawatch Resort is a wonderful complex. This was my 4th visit staying in the South Tower. I have stayed at many VRBO’s and I believe this was the cleanest I’ve been to. Everything was exactly like the pictures online. Two comments: 1) the sofa is uncomfortable as a sofa and a bed. 2) the master bedroom is very bright in the morning…don’t plan on sleeping in if that’s your plan. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful property

We have stayed at SeaWatch many yimes and it never disappoints. Condo had everything we needed for an easy simple week, close to a lot of amenities, and there were plenty of games, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys for use if needed. Pots and pans could have been cleaner, but that is just the lack of care by renters and not owners. Excellent week, wonderful time and cannot wait to go back!

Nice Location, Clean but….

The hosts were very accommodating as we booked last minute and got the dates we needed within two days of check in. They texted us to let us know it would be ready. We appreciated that. Check in would have been pretty smooth except that we were told per our instructions to go to the resort’s registration desk to get parking passes upon arrival. This was not the process at all and the front desk staff had no clue what we were talking about. Finally after a few minutes a manager came out to tell us the passes were already in the condo. The instructions need updated. Overall impression of the condo-clean but worn, and the ocean view was less than expected. The ad for the condo said it was newly renovated. That’s an over statement in our opinion. Somewhat updated maybe, but the fluorescent lights in the bathrooms needed replaced or at a minimum covers; and there was a permanent dirty odor that never left the entire length of our stay. The old carpet in the front bedroom and all rugs definitely need replaced and are probably the source of the foul odor. the ocean view was our biggest disappointment of this condo. from the sliding glass door in the living area it is limited to the short span of sand and water that is between two very closely placed building towers and the windows of these units essentially face thlimited oceanfront at best.

The condo was nice. It had a decent ocean view. The beds were good. The owner communicated well. Three beach chairs were nice to have. I did not like the hard lockdown of the pools by security at 11pm though. They also didn’t let my boys play with a football in the pool, but the tiki bar was cool.

The property is beautiful and very clean! The property manager was very friendly. Made sure we had everything we needed. There's a closet full of beach toys, chair and umbrellas. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. My family was already talking about possibly renting again next year!

So almost everything about this condo was absolutely amazing! The location, the amenities, the set up inside, everything inside looked so clean when we walked in and it is a great set up for families! But we did notice a few small things. 1. We found a toy in between the sheets of one of the beds so I'm pretty sure the bedding wasn't changed in-between guests. And 2. This is a small one but it would have been great to have a sponge or scrub brush to help do the dishes while staying there. Other than that we loved the condo!

Great property!

This was our first time staying in north myrtle we usually stay further south. This property was great. Easy check in, close parking , plenty of space in the condo. The resort was great a little disappointed one of the indoor pools were closed for updates but thats to be expected in the off season. There was a fire pit available that is on nightly we had smores by the pool! There is also lots of activites you can sign up for. We will definitely be back!

Great Property!

Condo is much nicer and better than the pictures portray! Beautiful open living area with windows on two walls, allowing tons of natural light in. Open and spacious with very comfortable furniture. Large kitchen with very open eating area that does not interfere with tv and living area. Second bedroom very spacious with two double beds and plenty of room to move around them with extra room for storage. Property has prime beachfront without a lot of crowd. Also, activities on-site and many swimming pools and hot tubs on property.

Nice Condo Great views

The condo was as describes. Loved the balcony and the view. There were also lots of beach things available, chairs boogie boards toys etc. The lock was tricky at times but the owner did give tips to pull on the knob which worked most of the time. Sometimes took several tries. Could use a few more pots and cooking utensils. Can opener does not work. Overall good place to stay.

Perfect location

We we're really pleased with the location and the view. The pools, ocean, hot tubs and lazy river were wonderful to have so close. Somehow we lucked out with the parking every day lol. We only turned the TV on at night for a little bit. Unfortunately only one of the 4 remotes worked and it wasn't the one with volume control. The apartment was clean. The kitchen basics were there except a cutting board. Didn't cook there so no worries. Everything we did was close and the places on this side of town had free parking! I'd definitely come back to this location.

Love this resort!

It could definitely use some updates BUT I'd prefer the price to stay lower and not have the latest and greatest. It was clean! We have stayed at some units throughout this resort and the carpets were just sticky from nastiness. This one smelled nice and the only carpet was in the one bedroom and it was soft and nice.

Part 1 of review

Before I start this review I wanted to be very clear that my rating and statements have nothing to do with beach, pool area, or couple of staff members we interacted with. Upon arriving we reached out to the host to see about possibly checking in about a hour or 2 earlier since we would be arriving sooner than we thought and she responded “ That’s fine, the cleaning people would probably still be cleaning but we could leave our stuff in the room anyways.” Due to some mishaps on my end we still end up making it to our room at our actual check in time. When we went in the condo there were Wal Mart bags there that wasn’t ours, stuff under the bed in the master bedroom, and half empty hand soap under the sink in the guest bedroom. These were minor issues and due to the fact that we were only staying one day I wasn’t going to mention any of these issues. The next day when we were about to leave we noticed there were trash and linen chutes down the hall so to give the cleaners a hand we decided to take all of our trash, towels, and rags out of the rooms and put them in the chutes.

Seawatch is a great family resort, and is in a wonderful, safe, upscale area of the beach. Sea Watch Resort & Plantation definitely has a 'following.' People return year after year to enjoy their vacation time at Seawatch.

The Beach! Also, within easy access to Restaurant Row, Arcadian Shores Golf Club, Tanger Outlet mall, Barefoot Landing, Bass Pro Shop, Walmart Supercenter and so much more! The by-pass ramp is easy to access from Bus. 17, so you can get to any where in Myrtle Beach easily. Sea Watch is within walking distance to a fishing pier (about 3 resorts down).
