Willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies in Florida!

Verbringen Sie ein paar magische Tage in unserem Barra Villa Resort, das für seine raffinierte und verspielte Atmosphäre bekannt ist. Das Resort besteht aus insgesamt 8 schönen Apartments und Studios.

Glück, dass wir dieses nette Haus gefunden und gekauft haben!

Das Haus besteht aus 3 Einheiten: dem "Apartment Pelican", dem "Apartment Flamingo" und dem "Studio Turtle".

Jede Unterkunft verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang sowie ein eigenes Bad, eine Küche und einen Wohn- / Schlafbereich. Auf Wunsch können wir das Apartment Flamingo und das Studio Turtle zu einem großen Apartment verbinden, das Platz für bis zu 5 Erwachsene bietet.

Der gemeinsame Außenbereich bietet einen Gasgrill und viele verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Wenn Sie uns dies frühzeitig mitteilen, können Sie auch die gesamte Villa Barra II oder das gesamte Resort mieten.

Die perfekte Unterkunft für Familien!

gemütliches 2-BR-Apartment - Bad von zwei Seiten zugänglich - direkter Zugang zum Garten - im April 2017 renoviert!

Aufgrund der zwei Schlafzimmer, beide mit einem Queensize-Bett, fühlen sich Familien mit Kindern in unserem Apartment Pelican sofort zu Hause. Eines der Schlafzimmer bietet ausreichend Platz für ein Babybett und bietet außerdem Zugang zum Badezimmer.
Die zweite Tür mit Zugang zum Badezimmer finden Sie in der gut ausgestatteten Küche. Von der Küche aus erreichen Sie die Holzterrasse sowie den Garten mit Gasgrill und vielen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Das Badezimmer mit Fenster verfügt über eine Dusche, ein WC und ein Waschbecken. Wir sorgen dafür, dass es ausreichend Handtücher für Ihren Aufenthalt in unserem Haus gibt.

Kurzum: In unserem Apartment Pelican fühlen sich nicht nur Familien wohl!

Ft Myers D days

Here to visit friends and a quick respite from the winter in New England. Great location. Less than 20 minute walk to downtown Ft. Myers. Nice treed and quiet neighborhood. The pool was a nice one and heated. The apartment was very clean. It would be nice to have an ironing board and iron. It should also be suggested to warn guests about the water. Ft. Myers tap water is safe to drink but smells and tastes of sulfur (rotten egg). Overall quite nice.

Cozy and Clean Cottage

This was our first stay at a VRBO property, and I was impressed with the communication and check in process. The cottage was clean and comfortable with a shabby chic decor. The beds were very comfortable. The location is within walking distance to the Publix grocery store and a great coffee shop.

Relaxing great location

If you want to visit Historic Ft. Myers this is the place to stay. Clean, shabby chic decoration. Marcus was so helpful and nice. Will be back when visiting Ft Myers.

We really enjoyed the pool at the property! We walked to town a couple of times and also to the Publix Store which is only a block away! Condo was clean.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay. Unit was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Communication was excellent. We like having a swimming pool and laundry on the property. The biggest plus, is the location. We like to walk three miles every morning. From here you can walk along the beautiful Caloosahatchee, a very nice kids park, Publix, Nail Salon, Theatre, many, many restaurants and bars and my husband was even able to walk to Physical Therapy. This was our second stay at this property and we look forward to staying here again.

Nice place in a good location

Conveniently located to downtown. Pool was vey nice. If I had a complaint it would be that no local tv or mainstream channels were available, however, we were able to get Netflix and other streaming services.

We stayed in the Pelican apartment in Ft Meyers and loved it. It was small but just the right size for the 3 of us. It is centrally located to all the things we wanted to do on this vacation, had grocery and shopping close by - literally has a grocery store within walking distance. We loved that it had a pool. We spent most evenings relaxing at the pool. Both my daughter and I agreed that we would definitely rent this unit again.

Difficult communication

They didn’t provide working bikes as advertised and when I asked they said the owner didn’t want to invest in that. Nor did they credit me anything for this. They told me they stopped advertising that and said I had to supply “proof”. Lol. My question is: how would I have known to ask for bikes? Not only was there credit, they then charged my card additional money 1 week after the stay because my son to stayed with me. They also hinted I was guilty of fraud. It’s in a great location and checkin and out was easy. Other than that, it was horrible. I do excursions like this all the time. This is the first bad experience I’ve ever had. I got the impression the business is hurting for money. I also think the owners are remote, possibly foreign, and simple communication is laborious and difficult, and comes across very rude and threatening even though I don’t think this is their intention. I never felt they wanted to help me, or for me to enjoy the stay. They just want $. Sad. Kindness makes money in my book.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Betten waren ein Traum. Liegt sehr zentral und ein Publix ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Good Value at Altamont Manor

Altamont Manor provided good value for the cost. It was clean, had good amenities including a kitchen, porch, backyard, grill, laundry, bicycles and pool. It’s close to downtown Fort Myers, waterfront and Edison-Ford Home.

Hadde en ferieuka med 2 åring og en 8 månaders baby. Gav tilbakemelding om bedre vask av gulv.. men er vanlig å gå med skor inne i Usa og leiligheten var fresh ellers. Stort pluss med flere laken/håndklæ og tilgang til vask med småbarn. Pool var oppvarmet og området føltes trygt.

Very close to downtown

This is a nice little apartment that was conveniently located close to downtown restaurants and very close to Publix grocery store. We appreciated the laundry access as we were there for several days. The couch was quite comfortable and we loved the front and back porch as well as the pool. Beds were a little hard with slippery sheets, not sure why they limit the toilet paper to 2 rolls only when we were there for 8 days, and there were no local channels on the TV but these are small items. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It worked out well for our short trip.

Property manager was very nice

Great place -- pool was maybe four or five feet - not that deep.. But go up to Northport FLA hot springs if you are out that way - great place to swim so didn't need pool all that much. All in all very fair deal and nice people.

Good Location

Short walk/ride to downtown Ft. Myers with plenty of eateries. No public beach access in immediate area. Ft. Myers Beach is about a 13 mile drive from location of house. Nice pool. Convenient laundry on site.

Rescue from the Corona Virus

We were staying at my mothers home while she was overseas. When the travel ban hit we needed a place to stay when she arrived home early. Our stay at Pelican was pleasant in a quaint neighborhood and very convenient to downtown Ft Myers. The pool was very pleasant and the laundry facility was very convenient. Would definitely return.
