Cozy space w/spectacular city & mountain views! Quick access to I-215 freeway. 20ish minute drive to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude. Close to Whole Foods Market. 23 minutes to Salt Lake International Airport and 47 minutes to Park City. Walking distance to 972 leading to Snowbird and Brighton. You can take this for 5 minutes to connect to the C1 or C2 to Snowbird/Brighton
The hot tub is for your use only. Our hot tubs are serviced daily making sure the chlorine levels are clean, healthy, and safe per CDC guidelines.
-The Space-
Newly remodeled with private and exclusive hot tub use! Park in the spacious cement driveway and follow the heated and newly poured low cascade stairs and sidewalk to your unit.
- 1 Bedroom (1 queen bed) + 1 Bathroom
-Private and exclusive use 76" square 6-person hot tub (serviced daily!)
This is located on the lower level of a rambler style home with one unit on the main level and two units below with ground level outside entrances. It is fenced in with a private patio. You have your entire unit to yourself with your own outside entrance but you may hear people walking above you or sounds from guests next door.
One parking space on premises.
-Guest access-
You'll have the entire apartment to yourself including exclusive use of the hot tub. A privacy fence separates you from the unit next door. There is a living room and kitchen area for the main level house above your unit.
-Other things to note-
You will hear folks walking above you and possibly the folks in the next-door unit although you are separated by a 12-foot space in between.
Please let us know when requesting to book if you need EV charging. We allow one free charge per stay and $10 per day thereafter which must be scheduled in advance upon requesting to book to guarantee availability to charge when needed.
$25 nightly pet fee for each pet. Pet must be disclosed when booking and the pet fee paid prior to check-in. Please pick up your pet droppings as soon as possible. It is not allowed to leave pets alone in the backyard when you are not on the premise.
Hot tub maintenance personnel will be servicing the hot tubs daily between the hours of 9 am-3 pm. Please make sure there are no pets left unattended in the backyard.
We are on a septic tank and we absolutely loathe the septic tank-safe toilet paper. We dislike the sewer backing up even worse when non-septic safe toilet paper is used or anything enters the system other than organic materials. Please know we aren't trying to be cheap with the toilet paper offered and please don't bring your own.
Fireplace: the fireplace is fueled by natural gas which requires the damper to be open before starting a fire. Please make sure the damper is open prior to pressing the “on” for the fireplace. The fireplace is operation all year except the extreme heat months of July, August and September.
Boxelder bugs are extremely common pests in the state of Utah.
These insects are considered a big nuisance pest, as they can reproduce quickly, but they do not cause much structural damage. These bugs are also not considered to be a health hazard to humans.
Although we do our best to keep them out of the apartment, adult Boxelder bugs typically can fly several blocks, and can sometimes travel as far as two miles making it difficult to eradicate them!
You may encounter them inside our units or anywhere in the city especially in extremely hot or cold temperatures when they are doing anything they can to get inside.
Ants are also rampant in the state of Utah. Whether you are camping, having a picnic, or working in the yard, you are likely to see a colony of ants. You may also see them inside especially if sweets are left. We regularly treat our places for these pests but you may encounter them.
