The open layout includes a well-placed smart TV mounted on the wall in front of the beds, right next to the kitchen, so you can enjoy your favorite shows from the comfort of your space. A full bathroom ensures privacy and convenience throughout your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for easy meal prep, including a refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser, a stove, microwave, blender, and a drip coffee maker to start your mornings right. Individual air conditioning units allow you to set the perfect temperature in each room, keeping your stay cool and comfortable.

Step outside and take advantage of the shared outdoor amenities. Cool off in the sparkling pool, enjoy a meal in the main ranch with seating for eight, or relax in the secondary ranch, which offers outdoor furniture for six. If you’re in the mood for sunbathing, four loungers near the secondary ranch provide the perfect spot to unwind.

Potrero divides into two main areas. From the Flamingo area in the south, you'll enter a neighborhood (small residential development) called Surfside. It runs from the beach just inland. Following your way, you'll get to Potrero Bay. You can find many fabulous restaurants, stores, the Costa Rica Sailing Center, and even breweries. The new Marina in Flamingo is minutes away. To the north, you will encounter Potrero's local town, which is similar to all of Costa Rica's traditional beach towns: a soccer field, school, church, smaller homes, sodas (local restaurants), and a few essential grocery stores (pulperías). The town is near beaches Playa Penca and Playa Prieta, and further north you will find the enchanting Las Catalinas Town, which has access to astonishing beaches like Playa Danta and Dantita.

- IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $750.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
-The owner lives on the property but will not disturb you during your stay, his apartment is separate from the units you have access to.
-Traveling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play available on a first come, first served basis for $10/night. To ensure availability and have the pack-n-play set up and ready for your arrival, please let us know in advance if you'd like to rent it.
