✔️ The use of firearms is not allowed on the property.
✔️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises, trespass, and cause any disturbances.
✔️ Do not break or damage anything.
✔️ Maintain cleanliness in all areas throughout your stay. ALL trash must be bagged and placed inside the bins. Do not throw garbage into the river.
✔️ Do not flush anything down the toilet.
✔️ Do not use bleach in the washer or dishwasher.
✔️ Limit simultaneous water usage.
✔️ Follow the guidebook instructions.
✔️ Bring in all items each night and secure them in the storage shed.
✔️ The boat ramp gate must be locked at all times.
✔️ Do not turn off or tamper with the home’s private dock aquathruster motor
✔️ Do not burn trash in the fire pit or leave the fire unattended.
✔️ Do not feed alligators. It is a class C misdemeanor and a $500 fine.
✔️ Please take necessary precautions while doing any outdoor activity. We will not be responsible for any accidents.
✔️ Unregistered guests are not allowed.
✔️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host's approval.
✔️ View Rental Agreement, Photo ID, and Security Deposit may be required upon check-in.
✔️ We reserve the right to charge a fee if ANY of the policy is violated.
✔️ Any unauthorized moving of furniture that results in additional cleaning, repairs, or setup may incur a fee of up to $1000.
