The Space:
Welcome to our beautiful triplex in the heart of Palermo Soho! This old building has been completely renovated and has all the modern comforts you may need to accommodate up to 11 people.

The apartment has 5 bedrooms, perfect for large groups or large families. In addition, it has 2 additional sofa beds to accommodate extra guests if necessary.

There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 toilet for greater comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite dishes.

Best of all is the beautiful terrace with barbecue and private pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. There is also high speed internet available throughout the apartment.

You will also find air conditioning in all rooms to keep you cool on hot days. There is a built-in laundry room for your convenience. Keep in mind that access to the apartment is by stairs and there are security cameras at the entrance to guarantee your safety and peace of mind during your stay.

We are only 400 meters from Plaza Serrano (Cortazar), one of the most vibrant and exciting places in Buenos Aires. There are many restaurants, bars and shops just a short walk away.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Other Things to Note:
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
