House Rules - STRICTLY ENFORCED

1- Registered Guests Only:
All guests must be listed and disclosed at the time of reservation. This includes the total number of individuals staying overnight and any visitors entering the property. Unauthorized guests or unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

2- Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors at all times. Any loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior, especially during nighttime hours will not be tolerated.

3- Parking:
Parking is permitted for 2 vehicles ONLY on the right side of the driveway, without blocking the left side reserved for residents. Street parking and grass parking are prohibited. Visitors must park in the designated guest or around the entrance circle. Any additional vehicles parked on the driveway or surrounding areas will be towed at the guest’s expense without further notice.

4- No Parties or Events:
We are fully licensed and need to be in compliance with city rules. Parties are illegal. Gatherings are allowed ONLY for the guests staying at the house any exception needs written approval of the host. Violation of this rule will result in your reservation immediate cancelation without refund and eviction in 2 hours involving law enforcement.

5- No Smoking or Pets (unless pre-approved):
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Pets must be pre-approved and a pet fee applies.

6- Security and Monitoring:
The property is equipped with security devices, including external cameras and noise monitors, for the safety of our guests and to ensure compliance with house rules.

7-Damage and Condition:
Please treat the home with respect. Any damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

By booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to all house rules.
Any violation may result in $300 penalty plus immediate cancellation of your reservation, removal from the property, and loss of payment.
