Make home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen that features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. When it is time to dine, there is plenty of seating at the kitchen island and the table. Plus, sliding doors give you access to the deck for afternoon cookouts. Hamlin and Hawley are just a 20 minute ride where you will find restaurants, shopping and lots of recreational options. Hike along Shuman Point or take the kids to see the animals at the Claws and Paws Animal Park, miniature golf at Costa's Family Fun Park or explore any of the State Parks in the area.

GUEST ACCESS
Access to the property is contactless by keyless entry. Our Digital Welcome Guide is a complete guide to your arrival, stay and departure for your rental home. The Welcome Guide is sent when the required forms and information is received.
Guests have access to the whole house. Locked closets/areas are as follows: Utility Room in Basement.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE - BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
75% of guests need to be 30 or older with an exception for children traveling with their parents. The remaining 25%, will need to be 25 and over.
This home is for families and respectful guests, it is not a party property. All bookings are required to sign a short-term lease after the booking has been accepted to satisfy community requirements.

This property is managed by a local real estate agent. Property Owners rely on our team to book and manage their home for you and to make sure your rental needs are met. To make sure each property is well maintained, each reservation will require a rental agreement to be signed. The Rental Agreement is posted on this site and is available for review at check out. In addition to the Rental Agreement posted on VRBO, you will receive a Reservation Form that is required to be completed within 48 hours of receipt.
Our communities are also governed by township Rental Ordinances which impose certain rules and regulations for owners.

Parking is available for up to 5 cars.

Day Guests are limited to 5 people over the 12 allowed for overnight guests.

LAKE INFO
Although this house has wonderful views of Lake Wallenpaupack, there is no direct access to the lake from the property. However, Wallenpaupack Lake Estates has a community access with dock are where you can swim and fish, drop off or pick up guests from a boat you may want to rent from one of the many local marina's. The Community also has two smaller non motorboating lakes that you can swim/kayak/fish.

HOUSE RULES
No Smoking and No Pets. NO FIREWORKS or discharging of any firearm is not permitted. Includes BB, air, pellet, paint guns.
Quiet time 11pm – 8am – this is a family-oriented neighborhood, no late-night parties allowed. Voices carry at night when it’s quiet. If you are out late at the firepit or on the deck, please keep noise to a minimum.
