Rough checked in

Front desk did not have the unit number, confirmation or owner's name to checked us in, I never received information from VRBO or the owner via email. After a two hour wait, we finally got a hold of VRBO urgent matters by phone and were able to sort out the owners name and confirmation number. Staying was great, family hada great vacation.

Loved it!

Kapalua itself is an awesome little community, and this condo was perfectly situated within Kapalua. We could walk to the general store, the Ritz, the Montage and the beach. The guys enjoyed an amazing round of golf on the Bay course. We enjoyed dinner at Taverna. We loved being steps away from a gorgeous pool which at times we were the only ones at. We grilled burgers one night at the pool too. We had everything we needed in the condo- I had bought body wash and shampoo for the shower and then found out we already had more than enough toiletries for the week! Beach towels were high quality, linens in general were high quality and plentiful. We had so much space for the 6 of us, and the best part was the patio where we spent every morning, midday and evening (even after coming home from dinners out). The view was spectacular between the ocean in the horizon and the golf course, the trees, the sunsets- I will never forget all the times we spent hanging out on that patio just chilling out and talking with our family. Since coming home we have looked at other Kapalua Golf Villas online to see if we would want to stay at another location next time, and honestly, nothing compares to this one as it checks all the boxes. The only "issue" we had was the TV in the master bedroom was on it's last leg and within an hour, Dave the property manager was back with a new flat screen replacement. I can't say enough about this condo and everything that goes along with it. We will without a doubt be back.

Relaxing

We set out to have a very relaxing low key vacation, and it’s exactly what we had. Very nice stay, convenient location. The only issue was check in. Our room wasn’t ready until almost 8pm. Made for some lost time settling in to our room.

Heaven!!

Our beachfront room was amazing! We watched whales from the balcolny and enjoyed the sound of the waves. The Westin is in a great location and you can walk to the Whalers village or catch the free shuttle. The kitchen in the room means you don't have to eat out each meal if you don't feel like it. Also all my question were answered by Kevin and I will be booking through him again for sure!

Wonderful 7 days at the Westin!

Our family had wonderful stay at the Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort and Villas! The rooms seemed brand new, very clean and well appointed. The resort has several great pools and the beach in front of the resort has fabulous snorkeling 10 yards offshore. Everything was great about the booking process and our stay. Will definitely go back!

Great Maui Experience!

We stayed in the condo with our adult son and married daughter, husband and two small children (16 monthS and 3 1/2). We loved the easy access to the offerings of the resort, the comfort of the condo and the easy to use kitchen. The pools for children were great, and the hula show was very popular, especially with the 3 1/2 year old. Communication from the resort staff could have been better. We didn't receive the activities list until we'd been there for two days. All in all, a great vacation.

I have not yet had the pleasure to experience my stay, however, I wanted to mention my amazing experience while booking my accompdations through one of the agents, Bonnie. While my first conversation with Bonnie resulted in not finding a property for my initial date of vacation (there was a 2% vacancy for my dates so nothing was available. Anywhere!), Bonnie did not end the relationship there and just move on to the next potential client. She offered her assistance with any & all aspects of my trip; should I have any questions about Maui, anything at all, I should not hesitate to ask or contact her again. This was not an empty comment one says at the end of a phone call, she was genuine in her offer. After several days of hard work and communication on Bonnie's part, she found me accomodations my family and I are very excited about. Every property that Bonnie represents is incredibly fortunate to have her representing them. She is everything a property owner and a traveller, like myself, wants in their corner. Thank you Bonnie! You took the sting out of an otherwise grueling experience & allowed me to focus on enjoying my vacation.

Excellent resort with top tier service!

Took my family of four and truly enjoyed this resort. First off, the service before we even got there was great. I called with some questions and they did a great job answering all my concerns and getting us on the right part for our time there. And....we had trouble securing the best place, so the travel team really helped get us connected and make our decision. Very informative...I ask a lot of questions....and I feel like they were on call just for me. The facilities were really nice and very attentive staff. Our room was ocean front, but even an interior courtyard room would've been great. Depends if you plan to spend your time at the beach or in your room, but the rooms were so nice you could truly make the most of your vacation in either spot. One note for us.....our room was on the north side of the resort and they are building another large property right next door. It is what it is....but would've been nice to know in advance to anticipate construction sounds (though they assign rooms when you arrive and our flight got cancelled, pushing us back later in the evening....so there you go). Don't let that scare you. The view was awesome and the constructions noise wasn't a big issue. Lots of families there and good crowd. Don't not feel there were too many kids or crazy things going on at the resort with people. And the resort is positioned in a great place, close to several great attractions. Maui is a big trip. Go big. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary with our kids and none of us will ever forget this great experience.

Best Vacation Ever!

My family of 4 went to Maui for the first time & stayed at The Westin Kaanapali Ocean Villas, I found the resort on a VRBO listing & booked through Jeremy at Timeshare Brokers, I was very nervous as I have never used a timeshare broker but this place was top notch! From the moment we checked in , staff was friendly & accomodating, the grounds are breathtaking as you walk into the open air lobby. The Valets is free the first day & the bellhops unloaded our luggage & put our groceries in Rubbermaid containers & took everything upstairs for us. We have 2 teenagers & the 2 bedroom lock off was perfect. We had a full kitchen, dining room , living room & large lanai, the master bedroom & bath are huge. the kids had a kitchenette, King size bed, , living room with a sofabed & full bath. The rooms were very clean, tastefully decorated. The view from our room was SPECTACULAR! wide expansive views we were in the 2nd tower 6th floor, nothing blocking our view. I was concerned that pool areas would be over run with small children, but it was very pleasant. Everywhere we went people were friendly, the concierge made reservations for us at Duke's beach house which was a short walk down the beachwalk that runs along many of the resorts & we got in right away. Some of the nearby restaurants had a wait of an hour or more without a reservation. The guys at the watersports hut where you exchange your towels were super friendly too, we were in the pool or ocean everyday! I highly recommend this place, I can't even say enough about it. It really has everything you could possibly want in a resort vacation. One morning we took paddleboards out in front of the resort at 7am , the water was so calm & smooth we saw a sea turtle, whales in the distance & jumping fish! There is hawaiian music playing all the time I loved that! We slept with our doors open at night so we could fall asleep to the waterfalls & the wind rustling through the palm trees. This was really a perfect vacation. I was concerned before we came because of some of the negative reviews, but after being there & thinking about some of the complaints I had read I believe some people are just really uptight & can't be pleased. If you want a wonderful vacation this is the place to go! Room Tip: We rented snorkel gear & paddle boards from nearby merchants, it was much cheaper & they deliverd right to the resort! Stayed January 2016, traveled with family 5 of 5 stars

Maui Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas via Timeshare Brokers

We just returned from a fabulous Hawaiian Vacation. We booked our accommodations with Larisa from Timeshare Brokers. Timeshare Brokers and Larisa made the process simple. The owner (Jim) requested an ocean view room and much to our delight we were upgraded to ocean front rooms on check in! We had the 1 bedroom unit with the attached studio for our group of five. We used the concierge at the Westin to book our excursions of deep sea fishing, whale watching and golf tee times. We ate at both the hotel restaurants and had great meals both times. The pool cabana staff set up our beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. We also rented snorkel gear from the pool cabana. They provided everything we needed at reasonable prices charged directly to our room. I would highly recommend both Timeshare Brokers and the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas. We couldn't have asked for more and would most definitely use Timeshare Brokers again and would stay at the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas again.

Westin Kaanapali Villas via Timeshare Brokers

1. We had an excellent experience booking our stay through the Timeshare Brokers (Larisa). Different then any booking style I have used in the past, but everything was set up as promised and check in etc went perfectly smoothly. 2. We booked a unit that was a 1 bedroom connected to a studio for 4 of us- very nice rooms, clean and well equipped - we cooked most of our meals; double paned glass sliding doors kept outside noise to a minimum. Onsite "grocery" stores very small but there are a couple of grocery stores nearby (need car) and a Costco by the airport. Some covered parking available. Westin provides a shuttle that runs to Lahaina and back which we did not use but could be very useful. Nice pools and beach, but better snorkeling can be found elsewhere. Much less crowded then the other Kaanapali hotel locations near Whalers Village - a real plus.

Best Vacation EVER!!!

We booked this resort through Timeshare Brokers. Was super hesitant, but it was the best decision of my summer. We were booked at an AWESOME resort at a very fair price. Jeremy helped me feel at ease. We weren't sure what to expect when we arrived at the resort. First time we have stayed at a time share. The pictures we saw before arriving were beautiful. Well, the resort lives up to EVERY picture. We stayed from June 26th to July 4th. We had a 2 room "lock-in"(?) room. One door lead to two "hotel" rooms. The one on the left was a studio and the one on the right was a one bedroom. We had 6 people, 4 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of room for everyone. It says it sleeps 8 - probably would have been tight. Rooms were clean and upscale. The studio had a kitchenette and the one bedroom had a full kitchen. It sure got a lot of use. We stopped at Costco by the airport and loaded up on food. Also convenient stores close-by for smaller needs. Resort staff was super friendly. You only get your room cleaned 1x during the stay, but they pick up trash daily and there were 2 washers and dryers to wash our stuff. Pick up additional laundry soap, dish soap and sponges at the store for your stay. You will need them. Great location. Far enough away to be peaceful, yet close enough to get to town. Resort offers great shuttle service to other resorts and to town all day long (complimentary). Pools were nice (lots of options), pool bars offer happy hour and the beach is perfect in front of the resort. We brought drinks to the pool on a few occasions with no problems. BBQ's are EVERYWHERE and SPOTLESS!!! Super clean. I am sold on timeshare travel (not necessarily timeshare ownership) and plan to come back again next year!!

Lance from Timeshare Brokers Found and Awesome Villa for us!

I always hesitate to book anything online these days due to some of the horror stories we all hear about, however Lance at Timeshare Brokers gave me peace of mind with his business credentials. He lined our family of 5 (3 kids ages 12,17,20) with an awesome 2 bedroom, oceanview villa. It was beautifully decorated, and very clean and spacious. It had a full kitchen and a washer & dryer. The walk in shower was huge! Lots of activities for all ages to do... many different pools, some small and private, some large and buzzing with energy. They had several activities personal available all day (and into the evening) to help us line up activities outside of the villas, which made it super easy to plan your week right away. Lots of families with kids of all ages. Loved it... my kids all gave it a 5 star thumbs up as well. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Maui!

Lance from Timeshare Brokers in excellent!

We wanted to book a condo for the week between Christmas and New Year's. No small task to find something within our budget. Lance from Timeshare Brokers searched high & low and found a two bedroom ocean view condo at the Westin Maui Villas. We've stayed here before and this is a top notch property. Perfect for families and couples alike. Location is awesome and they have everything you need! We highly recommend working with Timeshare Brokers!

Maui Westin Villas

My wife and my two boys(8and6) stayed here and had a great time. The pools are perfect for all ages, including a pirate ship for toddlers. The beach in front of the hotel was great for snorkeling, and just hanging out. The room was large with a full kitchen. The property was beautiful and well maintained. Like most hotels here they charge you for everything, but if you rent from off property shops you save a lot of money. I would definitely stay here again. I would also use timeshare brokers again, they were very helpful and pleasant to work with.

Awesome vacation!

We had such a great time here! And I was just so impressed with the timeshare broker that assisted us. He was really helpful and knew everything there was to know about the resort and the best ways to get the most out of a timeshare purchase. We truly enjoyed our stay here and can't wait to come back!

Island Style Trip

Great room, relaxing island vibe. Got a great deal on the room from TheTimesareBrokers. Our room overlooked the pool and the ocean. Things can be expensive on the island so it was nice to have a kitchen. There is also a great snorkeling spot right in front of the hotel! The grounds are well maintained and the gym is very good. If you want a nice place to have a relaxing vacation with a great service, this is the place. Aloha!
