The apartment comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

- A privacy-safe noise & smoke monitor is used in the apartment. The device may not be removed and is a requirement in order for us to remain respectful tenants and neighbors at all times.

- Bookings are subject to a $200 refundable security deposit. Deposit is payable online only and refund is issued after check-out assuming no damage, missing items, or broken House Rules.
