The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Linens, starter toiletries, spices, coffee, cleaning supplies, pots and pans, toaster, starter laundry and dishwasher pods, etc. - anything you might need is here for you. No detail has been overlooked!
Dog friendly! Fully fenced backyard with patio and grill. Pool is closed for the season. Less than 2 minutes from the 104 expressway. Get downtown in less than 15 mins!
Of course, Wi-Fi is included.
Perfect for business travelers, house hunters, and especially families. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. Open to long term renters!

This is my home that I live in when I'm not traveling! Please treat it as if it were your own! You'll find a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of extras.
***ALL GUESTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A POOL LIABILITY WAIVER TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY***
***All guests and pets must be registered and added to your reservation prior to booking. Absolutely no unauthorized guests or visitors are allowed during your stay.
***All guests must sign and return the pool waiver form in order to access the property. No access to the property will be given without a signed pool waiver form.
**Guests have access to the entire property except for the garage. There is no garage access for guests. One closet downstairs is locked owner's storage.
Keypad code entry so no need for keys - I'll send you your unique code the morning of your arrival.
Other things to note
***No parties. If there's evidence of an attempt to throw a party, your reservation will be immediately canceled and you'll be removed from the property.
***Our neighbors are very close friends of ours, and look out for the property. Please be respectful of our neighbors!
***Extra charges will be applied for damages or excessive cleaning. Please read and respect house rules and checkout instructions!
This is my home that I live in when I'm not traveling. You'll find a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of extras. We just ask that you clean up after yourself, and try and leave the place as you found it. No need to strip the beds or scrub the bathrooms - cleaners will do this. But if you spill something on the hardwoods, please wipe it up and care for my place as if it were your own home.
