Enjoy complete privacy during your stay while knowing support is always at hand. Our professional property manager is readily available via phone, text, or platform messaging to assist with any needs or questions. While we respect your space and privacy, we can arrange in-person assistance whenever needed. We've structured our hosting to be unobtrusive yet responsive - you won't have any unexpected interactions, but help is just a message away. Whether you prefer to be completely independent or need occasional support, we're here to ensure your stay is comfortable and worry-free.

PARTIES:
We have a VERY STRICT NO PARTY POLICY! Anything that disturbs neighbors is not accepted. Maximum occupancy is 4 people (or 6 people if you rent an en-suite (3rd bedroom, 3rd bathroom & kitchenette). Any gathering exceeding the limit of 6 people is considered a party and is strictly prohibited.
Loud music and large gatherings are not permitted.
We have quiet hours from 10pm-8am please keep doors and gates closed and only socialize indoors after this time please.

PRODUCTIONS, FILMING & EVENTS:
Events, productions, filming at the property, using property as a production office is prohibited unless a proper additional insurance certificate is issued to the owner’s name & owner's “production & event rental agreement” has been signed with additional fees.
Production & events fees are $250 per hour with 8 hour minimum or flat $2500 for 12 hour production day which includes load in and load out.

Photos all over the house are the owner's artwork AND CAN NOT BE REPRODUCED.
We don’t do parties, we only do monitored productions & events.

CLEANING:
We prioritize your health and safety with CDC & WHO-recommended practices:
Professional cleaning crew uses enhanced sanitization procedures
All high-touch surfaces disinfected with 80% alcohol
4-hour minimum between guests for proper ventilation
Staff wear masks and gloves during cleaning
Due to Covid19 we are taking extra measures for cleaning according to the CDC & WHO standards and we are also using an additional measure of allowing a minimum 4 hrs between guests to properly air out the premises. I hope you will support us in providing a safe space for all our guests and staff.
If we will have enough time to clean and disinfect the studio properly, we will be flexible on check in and out times, so just ask.
When checking out please leave the kitchen window and bathroom window open to air place out and leave used sheets and towels on the bathroom floors to help us minimize risk of Covid-19 spreading and to protect our hardworking, essential and loving cleaning ladies.
