Summary:
This two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Jacuzzi Penthouse with a private terrace, is the perfect match for families, groups of friends, executives or digital nomads.
All tabs have hot water, all bedrooms have A/C, smart TVs, and queen beds.
The El Peñon neighborhood is a very walkable area with plenty of restaurants and entertainment within minutes. Colonial San Antonio is only 3 blocks away.
Probably one of the nicest VRBO in Cali :-)
The Space:
The total apartment size is 136 m2 / 1463 sq.ft.
Check-in time: 4pm Check-out: 11am
Kitchen:
The kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal. Basics such as salt, pepper, oil, coffee, etc are supplied.
Bathrooms:
The bathroom comes with towels, floor mats, and a starter of kit shampoo, conditioner, body soap and toilet paper. There is unlimited hot water.
Security:
Please note that this building has a security door + video surveillance in the facade and common areas but we do not have permanent staff on the location 24/7. Our cleaning and maintenance team do visit the building on a daily basis.
Parking:
The building has no parking. Please do not leave your car or motorcycle unattended on the street at anytime. This advice applies anywhere in the city at any time of the day. We are not responsible for damage or theft to your vehicle during your stay.
We recommend using the public parking by the Tertulia museum 2 blocks away.
Housekeeping & Laundry:
Housekeeping and laundry services are not included with the stay. However they can be arranged at an additional cost and a full one days notice. For this unit, laundry is $40.000 COP per load (up to 8 kg). It includes pick-up at the apartment by our staff, washing, drying, folding and delivery back to you. Housekeeping is $120.000 COP per assigned day.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor, up three flights of stairs.
Guest Access:
Once you rent it the whole place is yours.
You're welcome to have guests over as long as maximum occupancy is not exceeded (4 persons). We need IDs of any guest who spends the night. If they are just visiting then not needed.
The Neighborhood:
El Peñon is a Zona Rosa and Cali's premium hotel district. Within walking distance, you will find more than 40 restaurants, fancy cocktail bars, bakeries, home-made ice cream shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, public transportation, Cali's river, the historic center, colonial San Antonio, the Tertulia Museum, etc. In other words, this is the place to be in Cali. The property is located in front of Krost Bakery which is probably the best breakfast spot in the entire city.
SmartFit and BodyTech gyms offer daily and weekly passes and are located about 5-6 blocks away, a pleasant stroll along the river.
Getting Around:
Public bus transportation is only two blocks away. Yellow taxis and Ubers are plentiful. But the best way to experience this part of town is by walking.

Registration:
According to Colombian law, a photo ID must be presented for each person staying at the property. To complete this registration, we send a link where you can upload all the information mentioned above. A signed rental contract is also required before entering. You can complete it through the same link that is sent as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
Medical tourists:
Please inform If you are getting any medical procedure done while staying at our property. Damages to bedsheets and towels will be charged.
Free City Tour included:

Airport pick-ups:
Let us know if you need help with airport transportation. We work with several top rated drivers and would be happy to arrange. They will wait for you, help with luggage and allow for one 15-minute stop on the way to a supermarket, ATM, etc. They know the exact location of the property making sure you won’t get lost.
Factura electrónica:
We issue a legal electronic invoice for the amount monetized in Colombia (after VRBO commissions). This complies with all the local regulation if you need to deduct your stay as a business expense.
Interruption in utilities:
This is the tropics and utilities such as electricity, water supply, and internet can experience interruptions from time to time. These potential situations are completely out of our control and are not cause for any refund. Luckily the building has a back-up water tank for emergencies.
