Wir sind bestrebt, unseren Gästen ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zu bieten und bieten sowohl erschwingliche Preise als auch den Komfort eines Hauses in voller Größe in einer angenehmen Wohnanlage. Gäste erhalten beim Check-in einen Postfachschlüssel, sodass die USPS-Post für mehrere Wochen oder Monate vorübergehend direkt an die nur wenige Meter entfernten Posthütten des Resorts weitergeleitet werden kann. Amazon-, UPS- und FedEx-Pakete werden direkt an Ihre Haustür geliefert. Im Gegensatz zu den anderen hier bieten alle unsere Anmietungen einen Full-Service-Check-in mit einem Mitarbeiter, der Sie vor Ort begrüßt und sich um eventuelle Bedürfnisse kümmert. Das Pointe Resort ist eine Wohnanlage in Nord-Phoenix, etwa 16 km nordöstlich der Innenstadt und grenzt an das Pointe Hilton Resort an den Tapatio Cliffs. Der Komplex verfügt über drei Poolbereiche mit Whirlpools, Toiletten, Grills und Duschen sowie Tennis- und Basketballplätzen. Alle Pools und Spas sind temperiert, offen und rund um die Uhr schwimmbar. Wenn Sie länger bleiben, können Sie Ihre Post bequem zu einer der Posthütten hier vor Ort bringen. Amazon-, UPS- und FedEx-Pakete werden an Ihre Haustür geliefert.

In der Nähe befindet sich das North Mountain Preserve mit zahlreichen Wander- und Radwegen. Zehn Golfplätze befinden sich in einem Umkreis von 11 km, beginnend mit dem Lookout Mountain nebenan in unserem Norden. Der nächste große Supermarkt ist weniger als 1,6 km entfernt, damit Sie Ihre Küche mit Lebensmitteln füllen können. Es gibt vier große Einkaufszentren im Innen- und Außenbereich im Umkreis von 8 Kilometern sowie viele Filialisten und Restaurants im Umkreis von 3 Kilometern. Diese geschlossene Wohnanlage ist jedoch eine versteckte Oase für ruhige Entspannung. Die zentrale Lage in der Region North Phoenix bietet eine bequeme Ausgangsbasis mit einfachem Zugang zu allen Zielen, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einrichtungen im Ost- und Westtal. Der Grand Canyon, Las Vegas und San Diego sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Stunden erreichbar und Rocky Point, Mexiko. Alles in allem ein großartiger Urlaubsort für Paare, Familien und Golfbegeisterte!

Quiet, secluded and very clean condo!

This property is a gem with its quiet, secluded and very clean campus! Everything was sparkling and very neat and it had everything a person would need for their stay! We highly recommend this place and will most likely spend 2 weeks next year!

The property was nice. The heated pool and hot tub was great.

We had issues the first day because no one left us the code to get in the front gate. Prior to the trip you are dealing with the manager of the whole property, when you get there you are to deal with the manager of that specific condo so it get abit confusing.

Has great potential - my expereience wasn't

My experience of the Pointe Tapatio Condo was mixed - I was going to give a 3 star rating but after exchanges with "The Management, Resort Vacation Rentals at Pointe Tapatio Cliffs" I have to revise that rating to a 2 star. There were many great things about the rental. The unit is quiet, the furnishing comfortable, the layout is roomy. Mark was very accommodating. He made good on his commitments to get us new linens for the master bedroom & new towels throughout, a screen for the second bedroom, new blinds for the second bathroom, as well as pots & pans. All things that he had realized need replacing. Although you'll need a car while staying at Pointe Tapatio Rentals there is lots to do within easy access - all very positive attributes. What didn't work for me was any dealings with the rental agent "Management" who wouldn't even answer simple requests; such the address (even after I'd paid the deposit). We had fellow travelers who were interested in renting nearby so their behavior costs an owner at Pointe Tapatio a months rental. After our final payment went through Management sent out a massive set of instruction on how to get to the property and through the gate but neglected to provide the unit #. Their recent feedback was I should have contacted Mark for that. A wonderful example of awful customer service from Management - don't you think? With Mark not in Phoenix to help, our check-in wasn't easy. I wouldn't even go into the hassles I experience when I asked if there was an way to have equipment ship a day or so before we arrived to make the unit accessible for my wheelchair. Mark on other the hand was great when he finally returned my call but by that time I'd make other arrangements. The other items that prevent me from giving a higher rating (and a recommendation to friends) is the property is in badly need of a deep clean (baseboards are disgusting, as was the inside of the dishwasher, washing machine and outside of the stove) and an overall maintenance (the taps in two of the three bathroom sinks are so corroded they are almost impossible to use). The mattress in the master bedroom is sagging and needs to be replaced. I'll leave it to you to decide if the good out ways the bad.

Great location and peaceful condo!

This condo and the property managers were so great! My husband and I had to book the day before we arrived into town for a funeral, and the booking process and check in process was quick and simple! The property was exactly what we needed and I was even able to work from the condo with the free wifi. I am definitely keeping the info from this condo for future visits!

Lovely and helpful manager Mark

This condo gave us perfect access to family living in the Pointe Tapatio residential community. This community has good access to mountain trails and is an easy hop off to the freeway to get to downtown Phoenix or other metro areas. You will need a car. Check in and check out were incredibly smooth, and the condo was well appointed with cleaning supplies and other essentials.

Great unit clean and well equipped . Great floor plan . Pool areas also lovely

Loved the location close to great shopping hiked on North Mountain and accessed nice yoga classes close by. With the 101,51 and 17 freeway all close we could get everywhere fast Enjoyed pool time. Our host Mark recommended a little Italian restaurant on 7th street "Fantastic" food give it a try if you have a chance

Relaxing in the sun

The weather cooperated and we were pool side everyday. The condo was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. Resort is nice, the grounds beautifully maintained and we felt safe. Mark took great care of us and took care of every detail. If anything could be improved it would be the linens on the two full size beds. We would definitely stay there again!

CANCELLATION POLICY: Your booking/security deposit amount is refundable yet subject to a cancellation charge according to the following schedule:

The Pointe Resort is a gated community surrounded by mountain views centrally located in North Central Phoenix about 10 miles Northeast of downtown, adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The complex contains three pool complexes each with hot tubs, restrooms, grills and showers, as well as on-site tennis and basketball courts. All pools and spas are temperature-controlled, open and swimmable 24/7/365! It's just a short 1/2 mile walk to hiking trails at North Mountain. Those staying for longer durations may have their mail conveniently delivered to one of the mail huts here on site. UPS and FedEx packages will be delivered to your door. All our properties feature free WiFi.

Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a seven mile radius, starting with Lookout Mountain next door to our north. The nearest major supermarket is less than a mile away and there are three major supermarket chains within just 2 miles for all your grocery needs to stock up your kitchen. There are four major indoor/outdoor shopping malls within 5 miles, in addition to many chain stores and restaurants within 2 miles or less, yet this gated community is a virtual hidden oasis for tranquil relaxation. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base with easy access to all the destinations, sites and establishments in both the East and West Valleys, and it's within a few hours driving distance to the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, San Diego and Rocky Point, Mexico. Overall a great vacation retreat for couples, families and golf enthusiasts!
