Adorable 3-bedroom house in Green Bay. Near Lambeau Field and Broadway District.

We are excited to offer our recently renovated 1890s home for the NFL Draft. The home consists of three bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one with a tub), living area, kitchen and fr room. We've spent the last 2 1/12 years rehabbing the entire home. The kitchen cabinets and appliances are new. The beds and most furniture are new. The home has 2 queen size beds, a futon, and two blowup mattresses (twin and queen). There is also a comfortable sofa and love seat in the living room. We do allow dogs and have two large dog beds. There is off street parking for three cars and off street parking. There is a nearby bus routine which runs to the Lambeau Field. We have a large yard and it’s steps to the park with a splash pad and tennis courts. Also there’s a fire-pit.
The home does have steps leading to the front porch, (The porch-is safe but needs TLC. We are waiting for warm weather to paint it.), and the bedrooms are on the second floor. The shower on the first floor is handicapped accessible.
The home is 3.8 miles from the Lambeau Field. It is also less than a mile to the Broadway District which is on the westside of the downtown area. This area has several bars, restaurants and special entertainment for the draft. There is a bus to the Lambeau Field area a few short blocks from the house.
Renters will need to sign a form making sure they will follow the city ordinances.
