The home features a large living room with a comfortable sofa to relax and watch a show or chat with friends and family. The kitchen is outfitted for all of your culinary needs. A bar-b-que is just off of the living room along with an outdoor table for al fresco dining. An additional table off the kitchen is great for a morning cup of coffee or breakfast. With four bedrooms the house comfortably sleeps 8 guests.

The primary features a king bed with a flat screen TV and large soaking tub. Three additional bedrooms each have king beds and their own flat screen TV's.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

Guest age requirement is 25+ unless accompanied by parents.
