This is BEACH PASS, a Margate City house boasting 3 inviting bedrooms with a mix of a queen, full, and twin beds just one block from the Atlantic Ocean. The cozy space includes heating, WiFi, a hair dryer, washing machine and dryer, AC, and an iron. Hardwood floors are throughout the house. The first floor is an open concept, yet contains numerous seating areas, where guests can relax and unwind. An elevated porch provides an outdoor oasis overlooking Atlantic Avenue, facing east, perfect for people watching, morning coffee, reading a book, or conversing over a meal. Enjoy a phenomenal stay in this tranquil retreat, perfect for a nice getaway. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out.

A Gem in Margate

We have rented in Margate/Ventnor for maybe 20 of the past 30 summers and this was probably the best we ever rented in this price range. Small enough to be reasonably priced but plenty large for the two of us and a few overnight visitors during our 2 weeks. The deck above Atlantic Ave is excellent. New kitchen and newer AC but it is an older house with old school beach house charm. The house is very well appointed and the owners were always immediately responsive. Location cannot be beat for walking convenience and beach access.

Great July 4th Family Stay

Location was perfect. You can really park your car and walk most places. Everything you need is there including bedding and beach chairs and tags. W/D clean and work fine. The house looks just like the photos. We had a drainage issue with a tub but the owner had a plumber out the next day and solved the problem. Will was very responsive. Only downsides-The bed in the master is a double and I didn't realize that; only 1 bathroom upstairs and 1 downstairs and are a little small but we had 5 adults. We would return.

Perfect location

I am from the area and love bringing my family back for a visit. We had a great stay. House is in a perfect location near the beach, Casels, and plenty of restaurants. House was clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart, and even spikeball! We loved our stay and will be back!

Was a great stay at a very clean place. Way better than anticipated. Had everything we needed. There’s a no specific parking but it wasn’t issue! Hope to stay there again

Great location and great house. Only negatives- bathroom situation (only one upstairs for 3 bedrooms) and house could have more basic supplies - paper towels, kitchen stuff BUT overall very nice!!

Beach Pass

The Beach Pass was an amazing experience. The owners really thought of everything. I mean everything. All you need to bring is your clothes and extra spices if you like cooking.. we had a problem with the kitchen drain and Will got someone out ASAP.. the location is great. Everything is walking distance. The beach is right across the street. They have everything you need chairs. Wagon towels. I can’t say enough nice things about this property and the owners.. Just Fabulous in every way. We will definitely be booking the Beach Pass again. If you have a bigger crowd they also rent out the house next door to make it a try Family gathering…☀️☀️☀️

We purchased this house in 2020, and had it completely modernized with an open floor plan, new bathrooms, and air conditioning. The adjoining house has been in our family for over 50 years, and we've enjoyed spending many a weekends and summers 'down the shore' with our kids. We are proud to be able to share this property with our guests so they can build memories as well and soak up the Margate sunshine.

Libations and a post office are right around the corner, though the beach is just 1 block away. Margate is ideal for fitness gurus, from beach yoga to running along Atlantic Avenue, or renting bicycles at the nearby shop, your day will be full of possibilities.
