The pool is accessible to both units when they are booked simultaneously; otherwise, the main house has exclusive access.
The pool is open from May 1 to October 1 of each year.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
