🙌 Need to knows before You Chill Out in Style:

✦ Who Can Book: The primary renter must be 25 years or older.
✦ Guest Limit: A maximum of 6 people can stay at the property.
✦ Booking Requirements: The person reserving the home must upload a driver’s license and sign a rental agreement within 48 hours to confirm the booking and for compliance.
✦ Fire Pit: Firewood is not provided but can be purchased at nearby stores.
✦ Furniture Stays Inside: Please do not move indoor furniture outside or rearrange it.
✦ Parking Rules: No parking on the grass. Campers and tents are not allowed.
✦ Security Deposit: A $250 hold will be placed on your credit card 2 days before arrival and refunded 7 days after departure, as long as there are no damages.
✦ No Lifeguard on Duty: If you swim in the lake, it is at your own risk.
