ORT! Wir haben eines der GRÖSSTEN 3-Bett / 4-Bad-Stadthäuser IN MAMMUT. Dieses geräumige und luxuriöse 2500 Quadratmeter große Stadthaus bietet Platz für bis zu 10 Personen und ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß von der Canyon Lodge entfernt (5 Sessellifte, Verleih, Restaurants, Bars und Gondelbahnen). Unser Haus ist professionell gestaltet und voll möbliert mit feinstem Dekor, Möbeln und Bettwäsche. Wir haben in der Einheit Waschmaschinen und eine Split-Umluftheizung. Die voll ausgestattete Gourmetküche bietet Granitoberflächen und Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl sowie zusätzliche Artikel wie einen Keurig und einen Crock-Pot. Mit zwei Wohnräumen haben Kinder und Erwachsene ihre eigene Privatsphäre. Der Spielbereich umfasst einen 8-Fuß-Billardtisch aus geschnitztem Holz mit einer Tischtennisplatte. Jedes der 3 Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Sie haben Zugang zu DSL-Highspeed-Internet, Kabelfernsehen, 55-Zoll-LCD-HD-Flachbildfernsehern, einem Blue-Ray-DVD-Player und einer großen Auswahl an DVDs für alle Altersgruppen. Es gibt auch eine Videospielhalle
Maschine mit über 300 Spielen und einem Nintendo-Schalter geladen. In der geschlossenen Tiefgarage stehen zwei Parkplätze, 2 Ladegeräte für Elektrofahrzeuge und ein Abstellraum für Ausrüstung zur Verfügung. Wir haben auch Überwachungskameras in der Garage und alle Einstiegspunkte für Ihre Sicherheit. Für Sommeraktivitäten befinden wir uns in unmittelbarer Nähe zu zahlreichen Angelstellen, Radwegen, Wanderwegen und einem Golfplatz.

We rented this place and another in the same building. It was great for our big group. We were able to share both locations, have good get togethers, and provide the lodging for all. Everyone enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit. The host was very accommodating.

Amazing House and Excellent Owner!

Shahla's house is fantastic. Everything (towers, kitchen stuffs, games, fire place and others) you may need is just there for you. So convinient and comfortable. The air-conditioners worked well. The whole house was warm. When we needed help with the heater machine, Shahla was very patient and helpful. We love this beautiful house which has very tasteful decoration. We had a wonderful holiday family gathering time there. Besides, the location is great. It is very close to the Canyon Lodge, and it is close to the supermarket. Look forward to next time to Mammoth Ski and Shahla's house again. Thank you!

A fabulous townhome in a great location!

Just steps away from Canyon Lodge but far enough away to be relaxing and comfortable. The underground parking was a definite plus, especially the big Mammoth Mtn map in the garage! Great condo

An amazing condo. Layout, decor, and even a pool table all beautifully arranged and of high quality. Canyon lodge is just a few min walk up the street and from there you can easily get to wherever you need via shuttle or gondola. Check in/out was easy and everything coded the same which is nice. Another year another great experience!

We have been staying at this property over New Year’s for the last several years! We are 2 families of 4 (8 people total) and this is the perfect Mammoth home walking distance to Canyon that can accommodate us comfortably. It’s well maintained, comfortable and in a good location. We were fortunate to book this property at the last minute. I cannot express how happy we were with our entire experience. The condo is amazing - so spacious with all the amenities! The location is excellent. There were four of us & we all were extremely pleased with our accommodations! The kitchen with amenities was fantastic. The downstairs with pool table was a huge bonus. Our family spends many weekends year-round vacationing in Mammoth and so we purchased a home that was and still is the largest 3 bed/4 bath available, at 2500 sq ft, and is conveniently located for our adventures. In the winter, we walk to Canyon (the best lodge in our opinion) and sometime return to the house for lunch or take the free gondola to the village for lunch/dinner. In the summer, we hike and bike the many trails that begin down our street.

We purchased this property because it was and is the largest 3 bed/4 bath town-home in Mammoth and is only a 4 minute walk to Canyon Lodge. My husband and I bought this town home during the construction phase and finished the interior with the best fixtures and finishing for our large family's use. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
