Watch movies or enjoy a variety of games with your party in the family room. On sunny days, enjoy 1 of 37 community pools located just 12 houses down from this unit. There is something for everyone to do here! You have access to all community resort pools/hot tubs as well as the restaurant in the clubhouse!

The home includes Spectrum cable TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchen equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, tea kettle, traditional drip/single serve coffee maker (ground beans or K-Cups), toaster, blender.
KITCHEN:
The home includes the following amenities to accommodate the max number (8) of guests: dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, flatware, wine and drinking glasses, mugs, cooking utensils, pots/pans, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons bar tools, grill tools, and more. Basic spices, salt and pepper, olive oil provided.
HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your rental will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods.
OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer. Ironing boards and irons in master bedroom closet and secondary master closet upstairs.
COMMUNITY ACCESS:
You will have access to the community pool and hot tub located a short 12 homes from our unit. Explore Monterey Country club with our included golf cart! You also have access to the restaurant inside the clubhouse. The golf course is private and would need to be played with a member.
LOCATION:
Less than 4 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is close with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 15 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after _4pm_____ local time, and check out is _11am_____. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
IS THE COMMUNITY POOL HEATED?
Yes, during the winter the pool is kept around 84 degrees and the hot tub is pre set to 101 degrees.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
No cats, dogs allowed for a 150 fee.
