Picture this: You wake up to a sunshine filled room, the morning light reflecting off the lake just outside. You stretch, and head to the kitchen for fresh coffee—ready to relish another perfect day in Naples. This is the heart of Sovanita House: open-concept living, a cozy dining area, and a chef’s kitchen all come together to create a relaxed, welcoming place for you and your loved ones.
Wander into the living room where plush seating invites you to settle in with a good book or enjoy a movie night on the large smart TV. Just beyond, the private heated pool shimmers, beckoning you for a leisurely morning dip. Step outside to sip your coffee under the covered patio, or lounge by the pool as palm trees sway overhead. You can almost feel your cares drift away with each ripple in the water.
Inside, three serene bedrooms and a den await. Two bedrooms offer king beds—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring—and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The primary suite is a true sanctuary, featuring a reading nook, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the pool area. The den provides extra sleeping space with a pullout couch. The work nook in the kitchen provides a monitor and keyboard for those who need to check in on work.
When you’re ready to explore, you’ll find a beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and a cooler to make your day on the sand effortless. Return home to rinse off under the outdoor shower, fire up the gas grill for an alfresco feast, and dine poolside with the lake’s tranquil view. In winter, the heated pool keeps the water inviting.
Here at Crown Pointe, you’ll enjoy access to the community’s amenities, including a refreshing pool, gym, sauna, pickleball and tennis courts, and even a lake for fishing. Whether you’re looking for quiet mornings by the water or lively days exploring Naples’ famous 5th Avenue (just 7 minutes away), your dream vacation begins at Sovanita House.

Security is important to us, so we have a Ring doorbell at the front and a Ring Floodlight camera above the garage, both pointing outward to ensure your peace of mind.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you have complete access to the entire home, including the 2-car garage. The private pool and covered patio are all yours to enjoy at any time. You’ll also have access to the Crown Pointe community amenities—take advantage of the pool, gym, sauna, pickleball courts, tennis courts.

Five days before your arrival, we will send you a link to a digital guidebook filled with all the information you need for a seamless stay—everything from checking in and home essentials to local dining, activities, and insider tips to make the most of your Naples getaway. Other details to note:
Crown Pointe East Homeowners Association requires guests to complete an Application and provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID prior to check-in.
The HOA rules prohibit parking recreational vehicles, boats, or trailers in the driveway. Commercial vehicles may not be parked overnight.
By booking, you acknowledge the pool is not enclosed by childproof gates or alarms, and usage is at your own risk.
