The country house is the result of a careful and respectful restoration of a typical farm-house of the early XX century.today the house have been built within 5 apartments of various sizes and with a decor that recalls the distant past (in this space you can see the bigger apartment)
Near the house there was the barn and the store where they were stowed the tools of the trade ... now it has a hall for parties, billiard room, reception and laundry.

Gut gepflegtes Landhaus mit kleinen Ruhestörungen

Der allgemeine Zustand der Zimmer war gepflegt und sauber. Die Vermieterin beschränkte Ihre Betreuung darauf, zwei Stunden mit ihrer Familie um den Swimmingpool herumzustehen, was uns schon nervte. Sie war aber jederzeit auch telefonisch erreichbar. Auch negativ war die nächtliche Ruhestörung durch eine Party (in einer Nacht bis 4 Uhr morgens) mit lauter Musik, die in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt wurde. Ansonsten war positiv der stets gepflegte Swimmingpool und die gut in Schuss gehaltene Anlage. Unsern Kindern gefiel auch der Spielplatz im Olivengarten gut.

Super Urlaubswoche in Appignano

Das Fereinhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen, sehr sauber, sehr ruhig und sehr freundlich! Ruhe pur! Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich, zum Strand sind es ca. 30 km, aber super gut und schnell zu erreichen. Am ruhigen Pool ist es aber besser auszuhalten, weil unser kleiner Hund einen super Auslauf hat und am Meer keine Hunde erlaubt sind. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub! Die Landschaft und die Ausflugsziele sind shr schön! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Ciao

Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage

Very nice place

The villa and the surrounding garden are very beautiful. We rented the whole house. Silvia was very helpful before and during our stay. One building was out of use and we were not informed before hand. The use of washing machine is 4 euros which I find to be rather expensive. On the last morning 2 strangers came to hang out on the yard claiming to be next renters or so and having the permission to be there. When asked from the owner's representative the strangers left.

Splendido

Ho soggiornato nell' appartamento Magnolia per sei giorni; l' appartamento è veramente bello, curato in ogni dettaglio e dotato di tutto. La piscina è molto carina, un luogo tranquillo dove potersi rilassare in piena tranquillità immersi nella natura. Consiglio vivamente il Giardino degli olivi per chi ha voglia di visitare le Marche e soggiornare in piena tranquillità, essendo comunque vicini a molti luoghi di particolare interesse culturale ed al fantastico mare marchigiano. Un grazie particolare alla titolare Silvia che, con la sua discrezione, offre consigli sui luoghi da visitare e su cosa gustare. Sarà tra i luoghi che terrò in considerazione anche per le mie prossime vacanze

I loved it!

We were 27 people on this beautiful farm in August 2015. We went there with family and friends to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. And we could not have chosen a better place. The surroundings are breathtaking. The apartments are clean and nice and everything you need is at hand. There is plenty of space both inside the apartment and outside in the yard. There is a small playground. And a nice little pool area with sun loungers and parasols. We loved that we could all sit at the large dinner table. It was outdoors but under a roof at the service building. Which we really enjoyed during the evenings. The children and youths loved that there was a fussball game. The landlady Silvia and her son Jari were extremely helpful and solved any small problem at once. They also helped us to order meat, sausage and cheese from a local farmer. They also have a selection of wines that they sell on the farm. But just five minutes from the house is the nearest vineyard where you can buy wine or if you want to do as the Italians and refill a wine container with self-chosen wine. It is close to several cities and yet it is certainly among the beautiful fields. You will not regret that you go here. We all want to go back to this amazing place.

Merveilleuses vacances italiennes.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au "jardin des olives". L'accueil a été exceptionnel, gentillesse, disponobilité, tout pour qu'on se sente à l'aise. Notre logement au rez de chaussée était très propre et tout à fait conforme au descriptif. La région mérite qu'on s'y arrête et qu'on y revienne. Mon mari et moi sommes des amoureux de l'Italie, et ce depuis bien longtemps mais nous ne connaissions pas bien les Marches, allez-y c'est très beau, le moindre village est fortifié et fort bien entretenu. Notre seule petite réserve concerne la WIFI qui ne fonctionnait pas bien. Merci pour ce séjour merveilleux. Geneviève et Pierre.

Well appointed clean apar...

Well appointed clean apartment in beautiful and peaceful country side surroundings. Graceful owners are very helpful. Many beautiful cities to visit in the area and seashore at a very reasonable distance. Also excellent restaurants to discover.

Tranquillita e funzionalità

Ottimo soggiorno per coniugare tranquillità e funzionalità. Località ideale anche per agosto: sufficentemente lontana dai posti più frequentati dellacosta adriatica per non avere problemi di traffico e/o rumore ma abbastanza vicina da potervisi recare in visita. La piscina consente bagni di sole e di acqua a chi li desidera. Dintorni incantevoli. Auto indispensabile. Famiglia proprietaria disponibile e gentile. Appartamento munito di tutti i comfort.

"L''appartamento Magnolia...

"L''appartamento Magnolia nel quale io e mio marito abbiamo alloggiato è veramente molto grazioso. Il casolare di cui fa parte è immerso nella campagna Marchigiana in un oasi di pace e tranquillità. I propietari sono veramente persone molto carine, cordiali e disponibili. A circa 30 minuti dal Mare è veramente un bel posto in cui alloggiare!!"

"Ottima impressione. Appa...

"Ottima impressione. Appartamento pulito, proprietari cordiali e disponibili. Il contesto è piacevole e rilassante, e molte delle attrazioni turistiche marchigiane sono a distanza buona per una gita in giornata. Rumori molesti nessuno, si apprezzano, in lontananza, le campane del convento. L'accessibilità per disabili è molto buona,sia all'interno, sia nel patio esterno attrezzato con tavolino e ombrellone per pasti all'aperto, sia la piscina con gli scalini e profondità che consentono "passeggiate" nell'acqua. Unico piccolo inconveniente è la temperatura, che inevitabilmente d'estate è alta essendo l'appartamento esposto a sud."

Perfect Place to Explore Le Marche

We, family with two kids (11 and 9yrs) and dog enjoyed two weeks in the calm place in the midst of the Marche- hills. House and appt in perfect order, very friendly support by owners. Certainly off- the-beaten track, but close to lovely villages/towns Appignago and Teira with stores and restaurants. 30 minutes to Adriatic beaches (which were a bit disappointing, though), and ideal starting point to discover plenty of historic places and terrific Sibillinic Mountains. Perfect place to relax and explore the more unknown sites of a beautiful part of Italy. Thank you, Silvia !

"E' stata una vacanza bel...

"E' stata una vacanza bellissima, immersi nella quiete della collina, a pochi kilometri dal mare e in una splendida struttura! Noi ed i nostri due cani abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno e abbiamo trovato dei proprietari simpatici e gentili. Consigliamo a tutti Il Giardino degli Ulivi!"

"Il mio soggiorno passato...

"Il mio soggiorno passato in questa struttura ci è piaciuto moltissimo, l'appartamento è arredato con cura e in stile povero, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto pulitissimo. "Abbiamo apprezzato molto...

"Abbiamo apprezzato molto la cortesia e la discrezione della proprietaria,la tranquillità e bellezza dei luoghi, l'appartamento arredato in modo funzionale e con molto gusto.I dintorni sono suggestivi,ricchi di arte e di storia, il posto è ideale per chi cerca silenzio e relax. (Per un maggior confort suggeriamo di aggiungere qualche utensile in cucina e possibilmente un forno microonde)."

A wonderful stay

We (a couple with a 3 year old girl) stayed one week in this wonderful country house. It is clean and fresh and the surroundings are wonderful. There is so much to see around, the small villages, the coast and nice restaurants. Silvia and Silvia took really good care of us and helped us with broschures and tips of what to see and do. The place is very relaxing and calm.

"il posto è molto tranqui...

"il posto è molto tranquillo e ben curato sia internamente che esternamente, c'è un bel panorama. I proprietari sono molto gentili. Corrisponde il pieno a quanto mostrato nelle foto di questo portale, il posto in cui si trova è abbastanza comodo."
