Seabreeze Condo B, bei 403 39th Street in Holmes Beach, ist ein sehr schön eingerichtet, gut gepflegt und komfortabel mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern Einheit mit einem beheizten Pool. Dieser kleinere Komplex befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt und es ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang auf einem neu angelegten Weg, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Nach einem Tag am Strand können Sie am Pool oder im privaten, landschaftlich schön Picknickbereich entspannen. Die geräumigen, privaten Decks sind der perfekte Ort zum Katzenhaar oder machen Sie es sich mit einem speziellen Buch. Holzkohlegrills und eine Vor-Ort-Münzwäscherei Zimmer sind vorhanden.

Dieses Gerät bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, um Ihren Aufenthalt hier angenehm zu machen. Neue Upgrades beinhalten neue Küchenschränke und neue Wohnzimmermöbel sowie High-Speed-Internet-Service. Es ist ein 38 "Fernseher im Wohnzimmer mit einem DVD-Player. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über einen 24 "Fernseher.

Seabreeze Condo B bietet Platz für sechs mit einem Queen-Size-Bett, zwei Einzelbetten und ein Schlafsofa. Dies ist eine wunderbare und ruhige Lage für Ihren Holmes Beach Urlaub!

Das Parken ist auf zwei Fahrzeuge beschränkt.

Great Location!

Nice property! Clean. Close to shopping beaches many restaurants, with in 2 blocks. Bridge Street just a short drive. In a busy area, but felt secluded. Nice pool area, would recommend, limited use of large pool inflatables, when more than 2 or 3 people in the pool. Not much room to swim. Thank you, for a nice place to hang our hat for a week. we have vacationing on the island for 40 years!

Great Location!

This property is in a fabulous location. Someone could easily stay here and not need a vehicle. We opted to get a golf cart for fun, but everything we needed was within walking distance. The beach is 2 blocks away. CVS and Publix is a block away. The free trolley that travels throughout the island has a stop by Publix as well. We had 5 adults and 1 toddler in our group. The living space was a little tight at times, but there is a great deck to hang out on.

Nice two bedroom condo. Pool was clean and the condo served its purpose well. Publix grocery, dining and shopping a block away, couldn’t ask for much more. One complaint, the bed in the master bdrm squeaked every time we moved. We were worn out from the beach activities so we slept okay, but that was pretty annoying. Other than that, book this place. Covered parking and ample storage, we had a great stay.

One highlight - the management company is fantastic. Super helpful! Pros: So much in walking distance and loved the little park on the eastside of the property. The unit was well stocked with all the essentials. Comfy beds and pillows. Great hot water and water pressure. Cons: Which I'm sure the team will address promptly. Could be cleaner. Windows and under things were dusty/hairy/dirty. Unit needs a new vacuum. Heat kicked on and made it even more dusty. Not sure when the furnace filter was changed last/duct work cleaned. Lots of construction in the area. Granted this uncontrollable but did make for some noisy earlier days.

Tile floors appear not to have been cleaned for a long, long time. If you put on a pair of white socks and walked from one room to another, your socks would need changed.Both TVs had been messed with so much that the controls were almost impossible to get to work. Finally got the big one to work somewhat.Many handles for sinks, shower doors, etc. were very loose. Weird toilet in the hallway bath that when you sit down your feet don't touch the floor. I'm 6". And the TP is mounted so low that you have to get off the toilet and lean down to reach it. Mattresses were so soft that I could not sleep on any bed. Had to sleep (kind of) on the couch. I saw a previous trip report from last summer complaining about the bedding, but that obviously was not fixed.
