What you can expect: The entire cabin has been beautifully renovated, boasting new flooring, paint, quartz countertops, light fixtures, furniture and a brand new tankless water heater that provides limitless hot water for your whole group. The style is a captivating mix of modern, traditional cabin, and mid-century modern, with warm knotty pine, elegant oak, and rich walnut furniture.
Kitchen: Enjoy cooking in a fully outfitted kitchen boasting brand-new black stainless-steel appliances—including a gas range, French door refrigerator, and dishwasher—complemented by quartz countertops. Coffee lovers rejoice! We offer both a Keurig and a Cuisinart drip coffee maker, along with a complete coffee bar stocked with grounds, filters, K-Cups, sugar, cream, stirrers, and a selection of tea bags. Enjoy views of Snow Summit and Big Bear Lake as you eat in the adjoining dining room.
Living Room: Whether you've conquered the slopes or the lake, the living room offers a haven of entertainment. Settle into the oversized Albany Park, Kova collection sofas and choose your adventure: stream shows on the 65" TV with YouTube TV, engage in a classic board game, or test your skills on the Golden Tee arcade, boasting a treasure trove of Midway favorites. The living room also has a wooden chess set and a full poker chip set. Snow Summit, Bear Mountain and Big Bear Lake can be seen from the living room.
Master Bedroom: Retreat to the master bedroom, located on the top floor. Experience our Eastern king size bed with Casper 12" memory foam mattress, coordinating nightstands and dresser, a private en suite bathroom, and a dedicated television for your comfort. Lamps on each night stand include 2 power plugs, 2 USB-A plugs and a wireless charger.
Second Bedroom: Enjoy a restful night's sleep in the second bedroom, located on the bottom floor which offers a comfortable queen-size bed with Casper 12" memory foam mattress and a Smart TV for all your streaming needs. Lamps on each night stand include 2 power plugs and 2 USB-A plugs.
Third Bedroom: Ideal for families, the third bedroom is located on the bottom floor and provides ample sleeping space with a twin-over-full bunk bed (including a twin trundle) and a futon sofa that converts into a full size bed. A Smart TV is also provided for streaming.
Outdoor Space: Enter the spa and be transported to a tranquil forest setting. A privacy fence creates an intimate space, shielding you from all distractions. At night, the lack of light pollution reveals a stunning display of stars, complemented by the distant glow of Snow Summit. The wraparound decks offer expansive ski slope views, and the propane grill sets the stage for the perfect cookout.

Parking Instructions:
The top of the driveway is flat and should be parked on if possible. The driveway is steep. People with lowered cars will have to park at the very bottom. If there's snow on the driveway, either 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive with chains is advisable. We share an approach with the neighboring property. Please do not block their driveway. Sorry, there is no garage.
Amenities for Babies and/or Young Children: Pack 'n Play, toys and gate in the master/upstairs bedroom closet. The gate can be installed at the top of the stairs in the living room. In the living room, there are toys on the right side of the hearth and children's books on the far left side of the game cabinet.
Ski Slope and Peekaboo Lake Views: Enjoy panoramic views of Snow Summit and peekaboo views of Bear Mountain and Big Bear Lake from the expansive upper deck. Snow Summit, Bear Mountain and Big Bear Lake can also be seen from the living room and Snow Summit and Big Bear Lake can be seen from the dining room. Truly a sight to behold!

Please remember these rules are mandated and imposed solely by the CITY and our PERMIT/ORDINANCE which requires property management companies to notify all guests that the CITY requires you to sign a rental agreement and the Good Neighbor Brochure to obtain the code to the property as well as provide a copy in the rental agreement app a copy of Governmental ID that matches the name on the reservation. Please note that these and all rules regarding spa hours, trash removal, noise and dishes being washed are due to our permit and not our rules so please keep this in mind before booking as some guests rate us based on rules we must abide by to rent. We appreciate that they are unique rules. Please do not review us based on the rules we need to follow. We appreciate it. The code cannot be sent until this agreement is filled out.
(1) Maximum vehicles and guest occupancy permitted is described in the listing. Any violation is subject to eviction and/or cancellation of your stay. If you need additional parking, please contact us directly.
(2) Big Bear Lake does not allow street parking; they will tow any vehicles parked on the street and any towing fees or fines issued are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
(3) Excessive noise or loud music heard at the property line is prohibited by the CITY for the consideration of the local residents. The CITY enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and will send out code enforcement officers to issue fines/and or evict guests for any violations reported. There will be a $300 administrative fine per Code Call for our team to show up plus $100 per hour of our time spent for the violation, as we are required to attend each code call within 30 minutes. This is IN ADDITION to any fines issued by Code Enforcement which start at $500 to $5,000 per violation.
(4) Dishes - All dishes must be cleaned before leaving and the house must be left in the same condition that you found it in. Any dirty dishes left in the kitchen are subject to a $45 fee. Our housekeepers will unload dishes from the dishwasher or put them away but do not wash dishes or dump trash. Per the law, this includes leaving dishes with food on them and any food left in the home. It also attracts vermin. Please note this is part of our permit and not included in cleaning the home after guests leave.
(5) Trash - Any bags of trash left behind in the bathroom, kitchen (including leaving behind items in the fridge, or around the house) are subject to a fee of $25 per bag for removal. Please make sure all trash is bagged and tightly secured inside the bins and the lids are shut tight. Any trash left inside the home will be subject to a fee.
(6) Barbecue- Propane is offered on the honor system on any firepit or BBQ. Please do not leave the firepit or BBQ on unattended. Please clean the BBQ after use. If by chance the propane runs out, please let us know and we will send someone to replace it. Please make sure all propane is turned off after use. Big Bear does not allow the use of charcoal of lighter fluid. Please be advised if you run out of propane and it is after hours we cannot promise after hours refills late at night as the stores may not be open.
(7) Pet- The home is strictly not pet friendly as the owners have severe allergies. Any violation is subject to eviction and a $3,500 fine plus damages to the home will be charged.
(8) Hot Tub – No hot tub use after 10pm. Per the law, any time a spa is left open with the cover off more than 30 minutes, a fine of $250 per hour will be due, plus damages to the spa - as this can result in pipes freezing. If user error or maintenance is found, or if we have to dump and fill water prior to your stay due to cleanliness requirements, we cannot be held liable nor grant refunds for a spa not being at the temperature desired. If left uncovered or if we have to dump the water, it can take 24 hours for a spa to warm up. This will not be grounds for a refund.
(9) Parties or noise ordinance calls – any parties, events, unauthorized guests or noise complaints will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Any parties thrown on the property will incur a $5,000 fine plus immediate eviction.
(10) No over-occupancy. A $500 fine will be charged per person for any guests over the occupancy limit, plus damages, plus immediate eviction. Violators will also be subject to code call fines.
(11) No smoking, vaping or drugs inside our cabins at any time. Any evidence of violation is grounds for immediate eviction from the cabin and a $3500 fine plus damages to the home.
(12) Please refrain from bringing your own BBQs, fire pits and/or outside cooking devices. All such devices are banned by the CITY due to the fire safety hazards. Violations are subject to eviction due to the fire risk dangers that these devices present.
Please keep in mind that you must be 25 years old to book.
