This is CORAL KEET, a Margate City house boasting 3 inviting bedrooms with a mix of a queen, full, and twin beds just one block from the Atlantic Ocean. The cozy space includes heating, WiFi, a hair dryer, washing machine and dryer, AC, and an iron. Hardwood floors are throughout the house. The first floor is an open concept, yet contains numerous seating areas, where guests can relax and unwind. An elevated porch provides an outdoor oasis overlooking Atlantic Avenue, facing east, perfect for people watching, morning coffee, reading a book, or conversing over a meal. Great place - great location!

This was such a gem of a find! We have been coming to Margate for years and this is one of our favorite places we have stayed. The location is great; close to the beach and can walk to everything. The house itself is clean, updated and had great personal touches (beach chairs/tags, puzzles, games). We can't wait to return next year!

We really enjoyed this shore house. Its perfectly located. So close to the beach. The parking was not a big issue at all. If we couldn't walk, we took an uber. Love the decor. The renovation was down very professionally. Thank you for the relaxing beach getaway!!

Great house, great location. Everything we needed (towels, bedding, beach stuff, kitchenware, etc) was provided. My only suggestion (definitely not a complaint) is to better communicate just how much is included with the house. Being used to a typical weekly, shore rental, we brought almost everything that you provided.

Great house

We loved our stay here. The house is completely renovated. Great A/C. Stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. Beach chairs, towels, cart. Perfect location on Atlantic Avenue - half a block from the beach and a block from Casels. Parking wasn't too much of an issue for us. We had trouble one day finding a spot, but otherwise it was fine. Make sure you bring shampoo/conditioner and a hair dryer - they weren't provided.

So close to perfect

The house was beautifully decorated and spotless. It is a great location in the center of town. I would highly recommend. Our only issue was that the listing advertised a parking space that doesn't exist. I reached out and was told to "just park on the street." That is no easy feat on a summer weekend down the shore. I know the area very well, and wouldn't have booked something so central without guaranteed parking. So on top of the house fees, we had to pay for Ubers multiple times. I am glad to see the listing has now been changed.

This property has been in our family for over 50 years, and we've enjoyed spending many a weekends and summers 'down the shore' with our kids. We are proud to be able to share this property with our guests so they can build memories as well and soak up the Margate sunshine.
