Check-ins are scheduled as appointments, and due to demand a 4PM check-in may not always be possible. As stated in the House Rules prior to booking, there is no access to the room or parking for any reason prior to 4 pm, and check-ins from 10 pm - 2 am have a fee. We may make exception to allowing an early check in based on availability of the place on the day of arrival with a fee of $30 if before 3PM. We charge for this service because we pay the check in assistant, and insurance for the bag storage.

We want you to feel secure and at ease during your stay, so please be assured that our building is fully secure, and the interior spaces have been designed for your comfort and privacy. If you ever feel uneasy or need immediate assistance, please don’t hesitate to call Clean and Safe San Diego at (619) 234-8900. We’re committed to ensuring you have a pleasant and safe stay in our unique downtown setting.

The interior of your unit has been completely remodeled and looks new and amazing, but the exterior of the building itself is older, and we do not own this building. Please don't hold the age of the exterior against us when leaving a review, we are only responsible for the unit's interior. You will certainly enjoy the charm of this historic building, and the modern luxury interior of your unit.

Paid parking lots can be found in the area (See "guest access"), and there is some street parking.
Every one infant present during reservation counts as one additional guest/adult
